The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. A very pleasant space. Check in/access was simple and secure. My only concern was the parking situation. It states off road parking available. There is no dropped curb so technically legally there is not off road parking. However there is space in front of the property to comfortably fit 3 cars, 4 at an absolute push if people park in a specific way. However I believe there are more than 4 rooms and if these spaces are unavailable there is no other parking available near by as the streets are all permit holders only. Fortunately I did manage to squeeze on when I returned late last night as a 4th car. If I had not been able to do so I would have given a much lower score as this would have been a very frustrating and unacceptable end to a late night. This was However my one and only issue with the property, it just has the potential to be a big problem for someone.

A good stay but we had difficulties getting answers to messages on the day about check in, despite leaving 2 voicemails requesting a call back, and wasted 45 minutes on the phone to Expedia trying to sort.

A really good place to stay especially if you need to travel to Wembley stadium. There is space for about 3 cars. I do feel that parking info could be better but other than that will definitely book in future for quick stays.

A very convenient place to stay in North London at a very reasonable rate. Room and ensuite nice and clean, bed comfortable with fresh linen and towels. Instructions for access were very clear and straightforward. Great to have parking too. Would definitely return when I am in the area.

Nice basic room to stay in. It was clean and just the standard essentials. Soft mattress, I prefer a medium. No hot water in ensuite though… No WiFi. Street parking. There were some noisy people outside as I had the first room left of the front door as you come in and there was also someone trying to look into my room through the blinds late night time. Overall, good price for the room.

Booked for an overnight stay for playoff final at wembley. Room was a decent size and bed was comfortable ideal for what we wanted and reasonable price

Muy buen lugar para quedarse, habitaciones limpias, baños limpios, cocina equipada. Si tuviera que decir algo negativo es que por medio día no funcionó el Internet pero por suerte se arreglo solo. También cuando pregunte si mi retraso de vuelo generaría in "no show " pero no obtuve respuesta sin embargo no tuve problemas para ingresar y alojarme.

Basic room. Shared kitchen. On suite was clean but no hot water. Very cold shower this morning. Bed was a little too short for me.

Perfect location to stay if renting a car quick and easy to get out of london for day trips. Very comfortable bed great value for money

Room clean but please note if you're on the second floor with the shared bathroom, the windows in the bedrooms you can hear traffic noise from the street through them. I was in a room towards the front of the house though so maybe quieter at the back.

Very close to Brent cross west station 8 minute walk. Room was clean, beds are firm but comfortable enough. Modern cosmetic, household is quiet. Reasonable price for the area.
