The facilities here are fabulous and the location is ideal for wandering to sample some great restaurants. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are so kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We felt ‘at home’ very quickly and will be back soon

Incredible stay. Dying to be back after a short 3 days but understand why this place is booked out! The staff was incredible. Food and drinks at the bar were fantastic. Rooms are gorgeous and cleaning is thorough. We will be back for sure! Must Stay in Palma

Everything about this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was on site parking which was important. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities on site in the nearby town were great. The breakfast was so delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. We will definitely come back here.

We had a wonderful stay at Alcazar. The location was perfect and central in Soller. The pool area patio was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and super clean. The staff were very helpful and we had a great time walking around the town and taking the tram to the port.

Great stay, best hotel in Sóller!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. I really enjoyed the breakfast, sauna and pool area. The bed was bit uncomfortable and it was hard to keep the room at a cool temperature.

A beautiful hotel for an escape to Soller. Perfectly placed to explore Soller or walk to the port….or you could catch the tram. Newly built, the hotel has an art decor vibe. The garden room on the second floor had an amazing view over the town, with the hills as a lovely backdrop. The included breakfast was Brilliant, well presented and tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I emailed ahead to reserve a parking space, you do have to pay for a space but parking can be difficult to find, this way we didn’t have to worry and took our time driving there. Parking is in their basement (really clean and safe) with a lift directly to reception. The outside area is lovely with a great little pool. You will love your stay here.

The staff was delightful and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel, rooms, linens, towels and facilities are in top condition. The pool area is great and there also is a sauna room.

Whole experience has been amazing, weather was lovely. Hotel staff were helping, nothing was ever to much trouble. We will definitely stay here again.

Such a beautifully designed hotel with underground parking and a block from the central square. Half block from the tram to go to the port. Really enjoyed this hotel.

Wow! What amazing service - the staff made such a great experience! Beautiful hotel, completely new - gorgeous interiors, rooms and amenities. The pool was so nice and was so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was included and was so yummy! Room was clean and bed was so comfy. Parking in the building, only downside is it is quite expensive at €18/night. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the town. Street market on Saturdays is a must. Overall 5/5!
