The hotel needs a facelift. The rooms smell musty from the damp carpet, and the carpeted wooden floors appear to be rotting. The swimming pool has a circular flow from the restaurant, where children wash their sandals, adults spit, and some throw cigarette butts, which then flow into the pool. The restaurant's menu is unappealing, lacking any Minang or Indonesian flavors; it's bland and simply prepared.

The hotel is very close to the tourist center in Bukittinggi, you won't regret staying here.

The hotel is located in front of the Bukittinggi Clock Tower, with good facilities as you can use the facilities of the Monopoli Hotel next door.

The hotel is strategically located right in front of the Clock Tower, making it easy to get around on foot. The room was clean, with just a minor flaw: the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant odor, though it looked clean. Overall, it was okay. If I go back to Bukittinggi, I'd probably stay here again, given the reasonable price and great location.

The location is excellent. It's close to everything. The only downside was that the hallway was a bit dirty.

I enjoyed staying here. The service was good and friendly. The breakfast menu was comprehensive, including fried rice, ketupat (rice cakes), porridge, cereal, fried foods, macaroni, and pastries. The location is also centrally located in front of the Clock Tower, so you don't have to drive to the zoo or buy food. As for the room, it was clean and okay.

When I arrived during Ramadan, I had breakfast for sahur (pre-dawn meal). It was stated that sahur starts at 4:00 AM, but I arrived earlier, around 3:30 AM. It turned out that much of the food was already sold out. Refills took a long time to arrive, and some dishes weren't refilled at all. What if I had arrived at 4:00 AM? I would have missed out even more.

I've always enjoyed staying here, but lately the hotel has been very dirty, not clean anymore, and the mineral water has been replaced with water that is not clear anymore 😇

I've been a regular here every time I visit Bukittinggi, staying at this hotel. It's very strategic, close to the hustle and bustle.

The food was already finished... It happened to be for sahur... In the future, please pay more attention... And pay attention to the availability of facilities at the hotel... Even sugar and soap are out...
