This is a brilliant place to stay. The staff are super friendly and always there to help. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need and more. The pool, gym, spa also brillant. Food and coffee excellent too

Best hotel that I have stayed in in Australia. The service was next level, with a highly attentive concierge style staffing. The rooms are thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, with high end inclusions. The ambience is amazing. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back

very clean and well maintained had everything we needed for the hotel and quick check in loved the music in the downstairs lobby and great service loved it would go back here 100%

Breakfast was delicious. The best quality ingredients . The staff on the whole were friendly and efficient and the river room view was peaceful and modern. The only downside was the shower door leaked. But it was an excellent hotel with a a homely feel and I would definitely recommend.

Good location, handy to many restaurants and public transportation.

Our stay was fabulous. When we arrived Juliette greeted us like a long lost friend. The hotel was beautiful and smelled so fresh and clean. The staff was amazing, our room was perfect. Spencer and Jazmine (spelling?) were so fabulous and helpful, they really made our stay wonderful. Literally staff member we encountered was lovely. Though we were not in the city center, we enjoyed the location and getting to the busier areas was an easy tram or short walk away. The hotel is in the tram free zone, however the area felt so safe and the weather cooperated, so I walked most places. I would stay here again!

Excellent all round experience

The room had REAL PLANTS! The room was spacious and amazing! The city view was amazing. The staff was amazing! I wish I could name everyone single handledly, but everyone and everything about the property was top tier! I will absolutely be back one day soon. Absolutely amazing!

Facility is beautiful but hall noise kept me awake snd ventilation was not working to cool room at constant temp. Staff is great

Everything was great except the restaurant food. Unfortunately almost all of it was well below expectations. So based on that probably will not return.

The room was so clean and so comfortable...from the time we arrived it was warm and welcoming and seriously it was just the best ..the place is a must to stay and explore the surroundings
