Staff was wonderful, food and bar was good as well. Great location as I was able to walk to the main tourist sites in less than 30 minutes. Room was clean but the bed was rather hard and the only other chair in the room was an desk chair so I wasn't able to get very comfortable.

Great location 10 minutes walk from the station, and perfectly placed to explore the old town, friendly helpful staff, and brightly refurbished rooms.

Location , quiet, near railway and bus station s. Very good breakfast and dinner selection. Easy to walk into old city, and plenty of buses at 1.50 euro a trip back uphill from city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff

Hotel was beautiful, centrally located and very clean. Unfortunately there was no AC and it was quite warm in the room, even with the windows open. This made for a difficult nights sleep.

Walking distance to train station and with the bounds of UNESCO designated Old Town. The lobby area belies the niceness of the room which was spacious with a comfy bed and decent linens. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself was amazing and the area was very close to shops and food. My only complaint was the view outside the door was an abandon building with graffiti, but their was a horrible odor outside the hotel. Not inside the hotel, the hotel was super clean.

This hotel was really nice and clean. My only thing is that check in took more than an hour which was the last thing I needed after an 18 hour flight. There really should be at least two people working the desk because 5 people ahead of me shouldn’t take over an hour. Other than that I thought the hotel was great.

Overall great hotel. Lovely staff, clean and in a perfect central location. Breakfast was great apart from lacking salt and also not having salt available on tables. Despite leaving the please clean my room sign on the door when we left around 8.30 in the morning, the room had not been cleaned when we returned just before 3… by which stage we needed to relax there for a while after a long day of walking, and hence didn’t get it cleaned or re-stocked with teas and coffee at all. Also feel that it would have been a nice touch to have more than 3 teabags and two small coffee sachets in the first place, as well as maybe a couple of inclusive snacks. But overall I’m very pleased with my stay and would definitely consider coming here again.

Great location with easy walking distance to lots of attractions in the city. Train station is very nearby, airport is ten minute drive.

No hot water for 3 days. Room smelled like sewage. Staff was really nice though. Location is ok but I would have stayed more centrally in Old town-the hotel is close to the train station however.

Lovely hotel, room was well equipped with toiletries, hair drier, safe and mini fridge. Bed really comfortable. Fabulous location within walking distance of all major sites and the station. Would highly recommend.

Location was convenient and service was good. Not too impressed by the breakfast buffet. Had access to hot water the first day and then it was just like warm water the second day (I purposely chose a hotel with a bath tub!). I appreciated how available they were at the reception.

Really impressed - decent 4* hotel in middle of Vilnius. Comfortable room and excellent customer service at a decent price. What’s not to like!
