We had a lovely stay the staff were lovely the only criticism is the shower in the room wasn't very powerful but it had hot water.We would stay again.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Room had a partial sea view. Very efficient breakfast service with a good choices. Slight problem with the shower over the bath. Had to run the hot and cold supply taps continuously to get the water supply up to the shower. This resulted in a waste of water draining from the bath.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and perfect for a weekend break away.

Hotel - very comfortable,safe & relaxing Staff are friendly welcoming & helpful Location is excellent on North Drive- great for walking , close to cafes/ bakery/ pub,bustop.

It’s a cheap hotel near the beach, and if that’s all that you’re looking for, you’ll be okay. It’s not in great shape, but there wasn’t really anything wrong with it. There only seemed to be one staff member there, but she was friendly and helpful. My room was clean but didn’t seem like it had been vacuumed very well. Carpets were coming up in places and the walls seemed very thin.

Radiator was broken, on the ground floor/road with single glazed windows and the bathroom was freezing and not clean. Staff were lovely and free breakfast was a nice suprise. Wouldn’t return.

Very basic but just ok. No cleaning of room in 3 day stay. Room was warm though.

Such a lovely clean hotel

The room was clean but the walls needed repainting as there were watermarks on some of the walls. Decor had been updated though as well as furnishings. Shower was very temperamental so ended up having a bath instead as couldn’t regulate the temperature. Friendly helpful staff as always .

For us it was the friendly approachable staff and the good atmosphere. We liked the breakfast and the room very much, everything was easy and felt relaxed. The staff were exceptionally kind to our son, who is five, and we’re happy to chat with him each day. We appreciated that kindness - thank you.

For the low price it was a fine stay, the staff were very friendly and the location is excellent on the seafront

The property is currently undergoing renovation, The main public areas and our room were freshly decorated, clean & tidy. The staircase is overdue for updating and will lift the level when done. The staff could not have been more helpful and breakfast service as good as any other place.

Nicely positioned near the town centre, easy to walk to the beach etc.. Breakfast good.. Staff delightful and friendly!

No heating condensation running down windows electic kept tripping out so cold unable to sleep when i reported this only answer was heating did.nt come on till october could.nt take photos as unable to charge my phone had to change hotels after 2 dreadful nights
