Great stay lovey staff thank you

We loved everything about our stay. The staff was friendly, they checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was comfortable. The Continental Breakfast was plentyful too. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Great location with parking for Beckenham town centre a short walk , hotel is a bit tatty around the edges and could do with a refresh, we had a leak from a room above due to shower tray not draining properly and them leaving the shower door open, staff attending quickly but not much they could do with the drip drip drip.

The hotel itself was clean and warm and pleasant. The bedroom we had was not one of the modern, grey painted spacious ones as advertised on the site. In fact it was in the basement but still clean and adequate. Free parking for residents and a lovely Continental breakfast. The staff member we saw most was very kind and helpful. A great but brief stay.

Basic rooms and continental breakfast limited. Soundproofing not too good and we had a sofa bed which was only suitable for an infant and I’m an adult so not comfortable . But good location

Great value for money. The staff are great. There's free parking onsite and additional street parking until 8am.

We came by train and received a good welcome. Especially wonderful was the young lady who made breakfast special and even came in early for our final morning early departure.
