The staff is wonderfu, courteous, and attentive. My room is a wonderful. The bed and pillows are the best part, I slept very well.

The staff was so kind and helpful! The shuttle took a little longer than expected (30 minutes instead of the 15 minute drive that was posted), but the drive was smooth. The breakfast was Fantastic!!!!

For airport shuttle you have to reserve 24 hours in advance.

Clean room. Reliably hot shower. Great breakfast. Nice, helpful staff.

We did not use the Shuttle. The hotel is not too far from the airport (couple miles), but the area around the hotel is so busy and congested. The hotel and its location is an oxymoron. The hotel, Verticca. Is a very nice place. But its located in the worst place that such a nice place could be. Also, parking was very difficult to get in and out.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and perfectly clean. It was a beautiful and peaceful escape, offering the best sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, I had many options.

Very good airport transfer service. Room not clean under the beds allot of debris under the bed.

Staff was quick to check us in - sink clogged and staff responded promptly. Area was noisy, music was playing at 3am.
