The staff were helpful. They charged me for the room when I had already paid for the room via Expedia. The bathroom was in poor condition for the cost of the room.

A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future.

I got bitten what I think was bed bugs during my stay. Tried to get in contact with the hotel after my visit to hear if they have had problems, but almost impossible so I gave up in the end.
