The place is really nice, I had really good sleep and a nice warm shower. I will keep it in my radar for future stays.

This is not a hotel. they dont have receptionist, they dont help with luggage hold before and after your stay. they dont respond quickly to your written communication even when they dont have receptionist present. they dont have a telephone number to call.

Great small room for a quick in and out stay. Clean and prompt responses from host.

Excelente para venir a festivales y conciertos en Parque Fundidora y en la Arena. Super básico, sólo nos dejaron una toalla para dos personas.

The site says that there is a help desk to accommodate your arrival. But I received an initial email saying that the arrival was “autonomous” that I would get instructions for self check in. The email never arrived and no one answered multiple calls and emails. I had to get another hotel at the very last minute. This was a frustrating experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

I did like how independent things felt. I didn't particularly like the layout of the bedroom (the wall sockets were too far and odd). Everything else was great.

El check in es terrible no puedes entrar a la propiedad hasta que encuentres un Oxxo para pagar mientras estás ahí con maletas en la banqueta y la calle no se ve segura aparte del frío que hacía depues de navegar por fin te pide tu identificación le mandas foto y te da un código que habré la puerta luego otro código que habré la habitación si no tienes saldo en tu teléfono ya te arruinaste porque la bocina que tiene en la puerta principal NO se escucha nada No me quedaría otra vez ahí y NO lo recomiendo menos a mujeres solas

Excelentes instalaciones, con lo indispensable para una estancia corta, cómoda. Muy buena ubicación para quien asiste a eventos en la Arena Mty. con lugares variados para comer o cenar.

Me gustó mucho el lugar como tal, únicamente solicitarle a la persona de limpieza no hiciera tanto ruido por las mañanas, ya que realmente se escucha todo

Se encuentra a pocos minutos del barrio antiguo y es un lugar tranquilo ideal para descansar después de tus actividades

La entrada y salida son faciles y rapidas, la habitacion es muy basica, si solo buscas donde dormir, que este limpio, privado y cerca del parque funidora ya que puedes ir caminando este es tu lugar, tiene varios lugares para comer, oxxo, etc.. cerca.
