The place is really nice, I had really good sleep and a nice warm shower. I will keep it in my radar for future stays.

This is not a hotel. they dont have receptionist, they dont help with luggage hold before and after your stay. they dont respond quickly to your written communication even when they dont have receptionist present. they dont have a telephone number to call.

Great small room for a quick in and out stay. Clean and prompt responses from host.

Excelente para venir a festivales y conciertos en Parque Fundidora y en la Arena. Super básico, sólo nos dejaron una toalla para dos personas.

Good communication.

The site says that there is a help desk to accommodate your arrival. But I received an initial email saying that the arrival was “autonomous” that I would get instructions for self check in. The email never arrived and no one answered multiple calls and emails. I had to get another hotel at the very last minute. This was a frustrating experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

I did like how independent things felt. I didn't particularly like the layout of the bedroom (the wall sockets were too far and odd). Everything else was great.

El check in es terrible no puedes entrar a la propiedad hasta que encuentres un Oxxo para pagar mientras estás ahí con maletas en la banqueta y la calle no se ve segura aparte del frío que hacía depues de navegar por fin te pide tu identificación le mandas foto y te da un código que habré la puerta luego otro código que habré la habitación si no tienes saldo en tu teléfono ya te arruinaste porque la bocina que tiene en la puerta principal NO se escucha nada No me quedaría otra vez ahí y NO lo recomiendo menos a mujeres solas

La ubicación es muy buena, y por el precio no tan mal, consideren que son habitaciones MUY básicas. Hacen falta conectores y tal vez un espacio para poner ropa o cosas.

Muy buen hotel, la atención, la comodidad, todo perfecto.

Cerca del la Macroplaza y Fundidora

Muy bien la estancia, muy cerca de todo. El cuarto limpio y aunque básico, cómodo.

Había cucarachas en la cama, se me subió una en la cama, no había agua, me tuve q ir a otro lugar.. pésimo servicio e instalaciones

Pensé que batallaría por ser su atención en línea (todo digital) pero la verdad es excepcional!! Te responden de inmediato y si hay alguna necesidad, igual te la resuelven súper pronto. Recomendadísimo!!

La persona que me atendió por WhatsApp es super amable y resuelve rápido. Falta un poco mas de aseo en el baño específicamente regadera y lavabo. De ahi es mas todo bien
