We enjoy our stay, my wife had an accident not their fault may I include. And the receptionist and owner helped us in every way possible. They went far and beyond to help my wife. I really appreciate them so much. I recommend it, it’s close to the main Centro surround with food and small stores for shopping. I will definitely give them A

Great place

Everything is with in walking distance, the only thing you have to notify them when you need hot water and it was not hot it was Luke warm..!!!!

El servicio en el Front desk muy amable y eficiente. Lo único que podría poner como sugerencia es que las ventanas fueran un poco más gruesas porque se oye ruido de la calle.

Es una excelente opción para descansar, el cuarto estuvo muy limpio, a una cuadra del centro de Actopan.

Muy bien ubicado, cómodo y lo senti seguro, felicitaciones por la habitación con tres camas, eso les da un plus contra muchos hoteles!!!

Huéspedes haciendo mucho ruido en el pasillo y los del hotel no estuvieron atentos...

Buenas instalaciones, pero carecen de aire acondicionado y este es indispensable, aunque cuenta con ventilador, pero no es suficiente y es inadecuado para una mayor comodidad.

EN EL LUGAR CASI NO HAY DONDE COMER Y PERSONAS QUE VIAJAMOS POR TRABAJO Y EMPEZAMOS MUY TEMPRANO ACTIVIDADES Y ELEGIMOS ESTE HOTEL, NOS LLEVAMOS LA SORPRESA QUE SU SERVICIO DE RESTURANTE EMPIEZA TARDE Y NO A PARTIR DE LAS 7 AM COMO OTROS HOTELES
