The room was very small I requested the room that had three beds. in the website there mentioned that they have 24-hour shuttle. It's not through and it's not free. Like they mentioned , The make it very difficult to take you ,to the airport, they did not have if not towels in the room,I made a reservation for four people. Three adults one kid 12-year-old ,they didn't have towels for everybody. They made a big deal, when I called to the front desk to request them. they had a dolly so you can help yourself with the luggage and it was flat. The people in the front desk have some behavioral problems they don't treat you correctly, We had a horrible experience from the very beginning. I do not recommend this hotel to nobody, The service overall is not good.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The staff were helpful. There is no airport arrival pickup but shuttle to the airport can be arranged. The exercise room was well equipped. There is no large pool. Only certain rooms have a small pool attached to them. The restaurant food quality was mediocre. This hotel is in the industrial area of the city.

We left before breakfast and we did not habe a car.

Upon arrival, they said that we were checked in to a room which was not in the main hotel building, but rather a drive-in section of a motel. They charged me $10 more to place me in the main building even though the reservation that I had originally booked was in the main building with Expedia. The hotel was clean, although the rooms were very noisy because of the highway traffic and the poor insulation for noise control in the rooms, also the beds were uncomfortable.

We stayed for one night only after spending a week in San Miguel and had an early flight back to the USA...everything about this hotel was top notch...highly recommend it!

La comida es muy buena, el gimnasio regular, la ubicación regular, el.problema es el trafico, en general una buena estancia, el hotell ya es un poco viejo.
