La arquitectura del lugar es súper linda, las habitaciones están muy cómodas y bien decoradas, al entrar huelen súper rico, los blancos son de muy buena calidad. El personal es súper amable.

Ok, if you’re doing Las Pozas and the Tamasopo but have a car this is the only hotel that is in the middle of both and amazing! Loved everything about the room, food and staff!

Everything was excellent the staff was very friendly,the property was amazing, one of the best things was the food at the restaurant, the flavors were an incredible experience thanks to chef Rafael and the kitchen staff.

Amazing hotel. With modern facilities, you won’t feel that you are in a rural area while you’re there. The food is great too. The staff is friendly and kind. We loved everything about it.

Que la alberca sea un poco Más calientes

Solo hay una inconsistencia en las habitaciones espacio para cuatro personas pero se aceptan tres solamente

El personal de recepción excelente, el trato de todos es muy bueno, solo el servicio en el restaurante y la zona de alberca son malos, me parece que se debe a que no tienen suficiente personal, solo dos meseras, son insuficientes. Hay momentos en que hay que pararse para ir a pedir el servicio.

Está muy lindo y tranquilo

Es un hotel muy bonito y elegante, pero de ninguna manera vale lo que se paga por noche. Las amenidades son muy basicas y no tienen lo que muchos hoteles de menor calidad.

Las personas fueron muy amables. El hotel es muy agradable en el medio del bosque. Las habitaciones son cómodas. En general todo muy bien. Solo pediría bajar el volumen de la música en las áreas comunes, restaurante y piscina, el lugar esta en medio de la naturaleza y el volumen es muy alto.
