Excellent hostel. Providing bug locker with key, having comfortable public spaces, and it is super clean and quiet during the times I stayed. The only downside was that during the first 2-3 nights, it was too hot to fall asleep, but there was air conditioning in the following days. I'm not sure whether guests can control the AC themselves or if it is operated by the front desk. But overall it’s great!

1. Extremely rude staff at the entrance: Due to my schedule, I arrived at the hostel after 7 PM. The guard at the entrance was extremely rude. From the moment I rang the doorbell to enter, he seemed irritated. He couldn’t find my reservation and started questioning me in a confrontational manner, almost telling me to leave. I had to show my reservation confirmation from Hotels.com and argue for quite some time before he finally contacted another staff member and proceeded with the check-in. Even then, there was no apology. I understand this is a budget hostel, but I don’t think customers should be treated this way. Later that evening, when I returned after dinner, the key card attached to my key didn’t work, so I had to ring the doorbell again. The same guard showed clear annoyance toward me once more. I honestly don’t know what I did wrong, or if he simply felt comfortable treating me this way because I’m Asian, but the whole experience was extremely unpleasant. 2. Dirty bedding with a large yellow stain: After returning from dinner and getting into bed, I noticed a large yellow stain on the sheet. It was quite disgusting. I immediately contacted the hostel through their contact number, but I never received a response until the next morning. The only compensation offered was a one-hour late check-out. I had to sleep while trying to avoid the stained area, which made the night very uncomfortable and affected my plans the next day.

We arrived late and the security guard helped us enter the hotel and check in quickly which was appreciated so late at night. Additionally the cleaning staff was very helpful when we had a question. The water got hot quickly which was nice and the room had everything we needed!! Great location, near everything!!

No air conditioning but you don’t really need it. Great location, friendly staff. Little noisy in this area, but you can ask for a room away from the street.

Traffic noise from the streets at night was an issue to us. The shower water pressure was not very good. Yellow stains on the sheet.

Light bulb was out for main part of apartment, remote was out. New remote did not work. Paint damage on the walls from others.

Place was ok, and price-quality was good. But it didn't have AC, which was really annoying, I went in October and had some really uncomfortable nights due to heat. Also, I saw quite a few cockroaches around my room.

The hotel is centrally located with restaurants and nightlife around it. Although they provide earplugs and a white noise machine, it was very loud at night during the weekend. I sleep with my noise-canceling headphones to mitigate the noise, and I didn't have any issues sleeping. However, a light sleeper may have trouble getting proper rest at this hotel. The shower had some noticeable mold. Other than that, the facilities were clean and well-kept. I would recommend this hotel for someone who is not afraid to stay in the middle of a very central location with high noise and traffic. I would visit again.

Very clean and well-maintained place, great customer support, the surrounding areas are safe and the place is strategically located near most of the iconic places in the city.

Loved my stay! Affordable, clean, and modern. I stayed in the individual room and it was pleasant. Very loud at night due to the club next to the hotel but it actually made me feel safer at night seeing people outside late. I didn’t mind the noise but closing the window helped a lot. Washer and dryer in the building is so convenient for longer stays. Security is also there and they’re friendly too! I never right reviews in general but since I loved my stay so much, I felt inclined to do this.

If you visit Mexico City you have to come here. The check in and check out process was super easy. You just get the digital key and that’s it! The staff are very friendly and I had the single room so I didn’t really interact much with others but when I did they weee super sweet. This is the PERFECT location. It’s right next to all the great restaurants, a 15 min walk to Roma Norte, next to the metros and bus, walking distance of every major site, has the club strip nearby and tons of food and merch vendors. I completely recommend this spot. It is also very clean and has separate dedicated floors for working studying and chilling. They even have a rooftop and free laundry! I would say tho this neighborhood is poppin if you are looking for something really quiet and suburban it is not the place for you. It is very city like! The noise isn’t unbearable but you will hear some chatter at night but nothing you crazy. I was still able to sleep very peacefully at night. And there were times were I would be outside at 2 am on a random Wednesday and there would be people outside aswell lol! I felt totally safe.

I was very pleased with my stay and can confidently say I would gladly return. The location is truly fantastic, everything you might need is just a few minutes away: shops, restaurants, public transit, and especially museums, which were a big plus for me as a lover of art and culture. I could walk to all the major museums, saving time and making the experience more enjoyable. The area where the accommodation is situated feels very safe and peaceful, which was essential to me, especially when returning late in the evening. The staff were extremely kind, always available, and willing to assist me. The room I stayed in had a private bathroom, which I appreciated. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest after walking and sightseeing. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, safe, and convenient stay in a great location.
