Unfortunately our stay fell well below expectations, with unvacuumed floors and hairs in what should have been clean bed sheets, which I had to wash myself the next morning. We were in town for a competition and needed a bath for recovery, but there was no bath plug, and even after finding one the tap was loose (have video showing the loose tap )and hot water cycled to ice cold, taking about 40 minutes to fill the tub. The kitchen was also missing basic items including a toaster, broom/dust pan and garbage bin, and previous reviews mention missing plates and cutlery, suggesting ongoing issues. Check-in required multiple emails and calls before we received access instructions. I contacted the property after our stay and Travelocity also attempted to reach them, but after more than a week there has been no response; based on this I would not stay here again or recommend it, though if they do respond and address these concerns I would be open to updating this review

The room was not cleaned, the toilet was NASTY it had VOMIT, the bathtub had VOMIT, hair all around the tub floor was dusty, floor needs to mop, no soap, the had used soap, it was 4 adults 2 towels,NO HOT WATER in the middle of a snow storm. The place was beautiful spacious for the accommodations , BUT WAS VERY NASTY

Ground floor units; poorly maintained; kitchen missing essentials; smell of cigarette smoke

Heat was absent in bedroom, had to move mattress, close door and sleep in living room. Walls and windows were in rough shape and the draft of cool air was terrible, insulation was nonexistent around windows. Floors were filthy and full of crumbs. Kitchen was not properly equipped. I had to buy utensils, kitchen knife, paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap etc… microwave was dirty (didn’t use it) kettle worked, stove was fine, the two pots in the kitchen were fine. Parking was easy. Mattress was comfortable.

Kitchen is empty, bring your supplies including toaster or air fryer, pots and pans, dishes ans toilet paper.

Was not a good experience overall. Not easy check-in with no front desk. Check-in by going to next door arcade and waiting for employee to assist. Check in 4pm! Have to download an app and know your Apple ID. to download entry key on your phone. Was very dirty and obviously not cleaned in some time (see pics) No toaster, disgusting frying pan and cutting board were the only kitchen items. Paper plates and cups and few plastic utensils were only dishes available. Last but not least out of nowhere water began to pour from the ceiling. Used recycle bin to catch the water. Luckily this stopped as no management available to help. Last photo is of Kleenex wiping small spot on the floor.

The room was spotless and clean! Everything was organized, it had everything we needed!! 10/10 definitely recommend for a nice stay and getaway

We were not given a room key prior to arriving to the hotel and we were not able to contact them until the following morning. We had to choose another hotel to stay in when we arrived after 11 pm

The room was enormous and had so much potential. It was very cold and difficult to warm up. The kitchen was insufficiently packed with useful things like a toaster, ice trays, cable. I didn’t find any cutlery or plates and texted the number to find out that they had come in the place and opened a dishwasher full of dishes and cutlery. I would have assumed they would have been placed in the right cupboards and drawers so they were easy to find as opposed to being in the dishwasher…I did not unload it as I didn’t think it was something I should do. The floor by the door of the back bedroom had not been cleaned and there was leftover take out containers with food in one of the cupboards. Also a nightlight or lamp beside the bed would have been nice. I have stayed in many apartment like hotels as I travel a lot for volleyball with my daughter but this one was one of the most disappointing unfortunately.

This is probably the best hotel I’ve been, in the city it was perfect! Very clean, spacious has literally everything and the staff communication was excellent great customer..

-arrived and the room had not been cleaned/smelled of cigarette smoke -returned to the "front desk" (which is an arcade employee who deals with the "check-in and check-out ONLY" for the property), in the arcade, told me that the property owner said there would not be a room that night, but they would have an apartment in the morning. -eventually said they could give me a 2 bedroom instead of 3 bedroom -"bedroom 2" is in the back of the unit with no window, no exit door. not meeting any safety code. Bedroom 1 in front of unit, sheer shades, essentially full parking lot lighting in the bedroom. -kitchen: NO DISHES. at all. one dirty pot. 3 spoons, 2 forks. no plates, no cups, no mugs, no bowls. -attempt to cancel due to issues addressed above: punted back and forth between the property and expedia for a total of 6 hours. -the property billed me for 3 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment. again states that Expedia needs to approve the refund. Every part of this experience was atrocious, on the part of both Meadowvale Apartment Hotel AND Hotels.com/Expedia

Great stay wonderful place

Needed more pots- there was no frying pan or baking trays. There were no brooms to sweep. Loved that there was washing machine & dryer. Place was very clean. Uber access was excellent.

No staff no security at all I can’t get my key there is no one will help, I booked for there nights the first night I can’t get my keys because of that I paid $200 dollars for a night somewhere else

Stay away. Called so many times got access instructions with no response. Drove all the way only to be stranded and forced to find last minute alternative shelter. Absolutely do not recommend.
