Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there. I found myself having to be overly friendly just to get basic hospitality back, which made the whole experience feel awkward and forced. The evening entertainment was also a let-down. The show lasted around 15 minutes at 10pm and then that was it. My partner and I sat in the lounge area afterwards to enjoy the desert atmosphere, but a staff member kept circling around us and watching us. It became obvious he was annoyed that we weren't back in our tent by 11pm. They eventually switched off all the lights until the place was almost completely blacked out, leaving us with little choice but to call it a night lol. To top it off, our taxi driver back to Marrakech told us that out of all the Agafay camps (he’s a local there) , this one is known for having some of the poorest hospitality. He even mentioned they don't offer drivers something as simple as a glass of water while they're waiting, which says a lot about the overall attitude towards people. The desert itself was STUNNINGGG😍… but you can get those pics elsewhere!!! The hospitality fell far below expectations. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend to pick another camp.

No WiFi and average food

Amazing food, people and hospitality need to visit and stay over here if you visit once in marrakech just 1 hrs drive from marrekech and so many activities you can do over here and once again thankyou for you great hospitality le des terrace afagay!

Loved it all! Despite it being November and cold, the heated pool was nice, dinner and entertainment was fantastic and breakfast was delicious.

Nous avons passé un séjour de qualité au calme dans ce petit oasis marocain. Dépaysement total. Glamping au porte du luxe.

Camera spaziosissima e pulita, personale cordiale e disponibile, piscina riscaldata aperta fino alle 22. In più: buon cibo, intrattenimento durante le cena e musica e falò la notte per ammirare le stelle al caldo. Che dire, esperienza straordinaria sicuramente da ripetere!

Dette er "Glamping" så alt avhanger av forventninger. Trivdes godt, flotte rom, god mat som serveres og veldig hyggelig betjening. Vær oppmerksom på at det er dårlige veier den siste delen av veien, men vi klarte oss bra med "vanlig" bil. Mye vind på natten som gir en "spennede" opplevelse hvor man tror teltet vil lette, men det sitter fast som heia, så ikke noe å bekymre seg for :-)

De l’arrivée au départ tout était merveilleux ! La chambre était conforme aux photos, très belle. Et le service excellent! Tellement disponible, souriante, serviable, aux petits soins. Les clients sont des rois la bas. Le diner le soir était excellent, je n’ai jamais mangé de souris d’agneau aussi bonnne.

L’endroit est magnifique avec une vue sur la montagne d’Atlas. La piscine n’est pas chauffé par contre. Endroit à venir avec une météo adapté. La chambre n’avait pas de chauffage, la nuit la plus froide de ma vie, il fait froid dans le désert.

Séjour incroyable ! Tout était parfait : le cadre est magnifique, très dépaysant, le service impeccable et le personnel vraiment agréable et attentionné. Les repas étaient variés et délicieux, tout comme le petit déjeuner, très copieux. Une expérience unique, paisible et magique. Nous aurions adoré rester plus longtemps !

Séjour catastrophique. Franchement, je déconseille fortement cet établissement. L’accès est une galère monumentale, surtout avec une petite voiture : les routes sont dans un état lamentable, non adaptées, voire dangereuses. Et n’espérez pas vous en sortir si vous arrivez de nuit, c’est juste impraticable. Une honte pour un lieu qui se prétend hôtel. L’accueil ? Inexistant. La personne en charge gérait aussi le restaurant en même temps, donc aucun professionnalisme. Il a fallu réclamer plusieurs fois pour une simple serviette. Zéro organisation. Et le pire : l’insécurité. L’hôtel ne propose aucune vraie sécurité. Résultat : voiture de location abîmée sur leur parking, et quand je demande à voir les caméras, on m’annonce qu’elles ne fonctionnent pas. Sérieusement ? C’est irresponsable et totalement inacceptable. Maintenant c’est moi qui paie les dégâts. Merci l’arnaque. Seul point potable : le petit-déjeuner. Correct, sans plus. Mais ça ne sauve en rien l’expérience désastreuse. Pour un établissement de ce prix, c’est une vraie blague. Beaucoup trop de choses à revoir, à commencer par le respect des clients. Fuyez.
