Great hotel and staff service but be aware of heavy construction in front of the hotel.

We had a really comfortable stay. My only complaint is that the construction makes it nearly impossible for Uber or delivery services to find it at the moment. Please put up clearer signage that directs drivers where to go. This would be a huge help.

The staff was nice, the hotel is well located and the fish tacos were a great recommendation by the staff. Other than that, the room was smaller than expected with no closet so everything get's stored in the chair you'd rather sit in.

The hotel is really nice and modern but there were a few issues. The rooms are really poorly laid out. A ton of dead space that functions is a huge hallway and then a bed just in the last bit of the room. The rooms are big but then nowhere to really put your luggage or hang your clothes. There was construction going on outside but wasn’t too big of a hassle as it wasn’t loud.

Excellent amenities, close to everything.

Excellent location for downtown business trip. Particularly like the spacious well-equipped gym with cables, and the relaxed vibe of the lobby bar. Just be aware that there is some road construction happening right outside of the hotel which can be noisy at times. I had a corner room, which had a bit of a strange setup, with and empty corner space with no apparent utility and no closet or shelves to hang or layout any clothes.

It’s easy walking distance to the Old City where there are lots of restaurants and shops. It’s also walking distance to the Central Train station. Parking is available on site but it’s expensive. Otherwise it’s new and so everything is in good repair and there were no problems. I would stay here again for sure.

The hand held shower was broken.

Rooms were clean, and the inside of the property was clean. There was a lot of construction going on in the area, and the staff did not help show us what activities or things to do in the area, so we got lost a few times. Also we weren't told that the AC units weren't working and there was no other alternatives rooms were hot.

Very good front desk service. Only drawback is construction on street at front entrance.

Room 308 is noisy; generator outside the window and noise coming through the pipework in the bathroom.

Everything was great. We had a relaxing time at the hotel.

The hotel was very new, therefore amenities were well kept. Location isn't as central, and it is in a area where there is a lot of construction; but it is still walkable. The gym is great and overall it was a good stay. I do recommend this location.
