Had such a great stay at Pandora House! The property is absolutely beautiful with so much character and a gorgeous design. The location was perfect for exploring Mexico City, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop and Tosco restaurant had an amazing vibe and was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend staying here for a stylish and memorable CDMX experience!

Great location great rooftop lounge you can’t beat the price for what you get

Really good for a solo traveller - plenty of room with a Studio apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to walk around with ease. Free breakfast (9am) at Tosco was tasty, but plenty of cafés (Cafe Nin)and Taquerias (Tacos La Chula) nearby if you want something earlier. Some of the rooms don't have windows that look outside, but only into the inner atrium, so be aware. Fan provided, but air conditioning would have been a handy addition.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. Despite staying there, housekeeping was never provided, so we had to manage without fresh towels or a cleaned room. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making an already frustrating experience even worse. Customer service was lacking from start to finish. Also, this property is advertised as a hotel, but it is really operated more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. If you’re expecting hotel amenities and service, you’ll likely be disappointed. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Great hotel in an amazing part of the city. Very well priced for what you get. Amazing restaurants/ bars on the bottom floor and rooftop. Expensive food - but the quality was good.

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked a room there and arrived before Noon. I came back to check-in at 3:00pm and they said there were no rooms available. The receptionist was incredibly rude, and stated, "It's not our fault. In addition, I'm visiting from out of the country and have never been to Mexico before. Moreover, they still charged be for the room. Poor customer experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

They never sent me check in information and I had to stay elsewhere

only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned.

I had a terrible stay, there were no pillowscases, the bathroom was dirty, there was no iron and I Did not sleep on Saturday night because some other guests were fighting and everithing could be heard, there was too much noise outside and the room was very small. I will never stay there again, I not will recommend it this place. When I went to check out, it took 10 minutes because there was no one and the inside door couldn't be opened. Ohh did I forget, there was no towel to dry my hands in the bathroom and kitchen. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and I don't want to hear anything about you.

La asistencia fue bastante amable y eficiente, no tuve ningún problema en mi estadía, solo me hubiera gustado que eñ la habitación hubiera un ventilador, ya que en esa semana hizo algo de calor y no cuentan con ningún tipo de clima.

The room was not ready to enter when we arrived, even being after the check in time. Stuff was very helpful, acting fast and giving us alternative physical key, as the digital system they have was not ready. We did not try bar or restaurant.

El hotel está precioso y aunque tenía mis dudas por comentarios que leí de personas que se quejaban porque no te tenían sus habitaciones o porque no había comunicación; no fue mi casa, me atendieron luego luego y todo fluyó de maravilla. El único detalle es que hay unos puestos de comida abajo y hacen mucho ruido. Así que sugiero solicitar las habitaciones de adentro las que no tiene balcón. Fuera de eso la locación es excelente y el parquímetro barato

Las fotos no hacen justicia a lo que es en realidad. El edificio todavía está en obras, y hasta en 2 ocasiones me abrieron la puerta estando yo dentro sin siquiera tocar a la puerta ni disculparse
