It was a short stay of 2 days but everything went very well, employees are very friendly and accommodating, room was very clean and neat.

Very very nice and friendly staff.

Staff fluent in many languages, as expected for an airport location. Breakfast was really good and staff accommodated our additional needs.

Great place to stay and rest. Convenient close to airport and Pelourinho can be visited by Metro, Uber or taxi.

The staff was nice and the bedding was clean but there was hair in the bathroom from a previous guest and overall the cleanliness of the bathroom was poor. We only needed a place to stay right before our flight so it was tolerable but I wouldn’t stay there again.

It’s near the airport, has good breakfast, the hotel bed is not good, the Room is OK. Similar to a ÍBIS, it has the basics.

Definitely needs more people doing cleaning the details are missing and one can see they need hire more cleaning people to give more attention to bathrooms and all surfaces we only came across one maid not enough for the entire floor

Excellent alternative for a one-night stay near the airport. The rooms are OK, although the bathroom is small and the doors are flapping and don't fully close. The included breakfast is superb, exceeding my expectations.

The place was ok but noise! The breakfast is amazing the restaurant food is ok but our last meal with it wasnt the best (meat was very hard) Also i want to say Juliana receptionist was incredible! She help us and was extremely professional! The good thing about hotel is very close to the aeroport! People is very friendly and always happy to help! Thank you
