Great communication , and excellent customer service !

Property failed to communicate in a timely way regarding access instructions. When asked, the response was: “we’re working on it”. On the morning of arrival, finally received request for ID docs and $. That’s when I saw they changed location of site to another area of the city!

It was not a good experience, tv was not working, toilet drainage system was not good, kitchen utensils was not upto the mark. I personally recommend not to book this anymore.
