The staff was incredibly accommodating and the rooms and all of the facilities are extremely posh and luxurious.

The staff here was amazing....amenities wonderful. Even through rain and other issues they staff stepped up to the plate on so many occasions.

The hot water system was inconsistent going from hot to cold making taking a shower very uncomfortable.

Everything was so perfect really. Our room and bathroom were very spacious, so clean and comfortable. All the staff are extremely helpful, patient and friendly, including in their restaurant. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Hotel is pristine and well maintained. Staff are fabulous; genuinely friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our regular interactions with Vivian, thank you for all of your help! The area around the hotel is not the greatest, but the hotel more than makes up for it.

All the staff we met were excellent, but it seems understaffed. The rooftop bar was open but no one was there to serve drinks when we arrived and when we ordered morning coffee from room service it took over an hour. Otherwise, great location and an excellent room. Really comfy bed and great shower. The breakfast was also really good.

Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting, because they hand guests a menu with expensive prices on it without saying anything, which I'm sure is very confusing for many guests and makes very little sense.

Hotel tem instalações novas, bem estruturado e de luxo. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Fica no centro da cidade e revisitei todas as atrações em Santiago a pé e de metrô. Usei Uber para aeroporto e visita a Concha y Toro, somente. Fiz 3 passeios de Van.Hospedagem excelente no Debaines.

muy lindo hotel, especialmente las habitaciones. Lamentablemente el personal del restaurant le falta amabilidad. La principal falencia fue por lejos el aire acondicionado en la habitación muy malo, la temperatura estuvo muy alta y no se podía bajar. Tuvimos que abrir la ventana para poder bajar la temperatura durante la noche
