Although the room is old but the amenities are new and well maintained, food is excellent.

Overall excellent, buffet food option could be better

East wing, west wing! Our room was a trek from reception, felt like a different hotel! Dining room was smack in the middle so it didn’t really matter. Some renovations ongoing which may have lengthened the journey. Room was nice and spacious with a lovely bed. Great location and the Onsen was really nice, especially the outdoor section, being able to relax and see the stars

The shuttle bus from the train station was a great plus for this property.

We all enjoyed the various facilities of the hotel. Especially, the family hot spring became a special time. And there were facilities for children to play, so children also had fun. There were many places around the hotel that were carefully cared for. I recommend it

A lot of amenities and very family friendly.

It is totally new property, the desing and concept is very nice. Mostly local tourism for now, absolutely stunning views and the confort rooms, since they have hot springs or hot baths is very attractive spot for families, which they were a lot with small kids everywhere, so if you want quiet and piece this won't be the place I guess.

25년11월에 친구들과 오고 너무 좋아서 이번엔 남편이랑 친구들과 재방문 리뉴얼룸은 넓고 쾌적하며 아침,저녁부페는 종류도 많고 맛있으며 회는신선하고 와규구이는 더 맛있었음 저녁엔 주류도 무료포함이고 온천까지 일행 모두 좋았다고 대만족 또 가고싶은 리조트

施設がリニューアルされていてとてもキレイでした。夕食、朝食共に味、品質最高で大満足でした。

チェックイン時のフロント係が早口で事務的でした。混雑もしていないのに… 理解できたかどうかも確認しないでの対応に不満を感じました。

온천과 식사는 만족.... 숙소의 베게가 조금 불만족.... 방에서 소음이 조금 있었음

エアコンが全館空調だったので調節ができなかった、宿泊時部屋が暑く、冷房が使えればなお良かったです。

スタッフの方の対応もよく、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。ご飯も美味しく(特にお刺身とステーキが、朝も種類が多くとろろが〇)、温泉は露天風呂や内風呂も綺麗でした。子どもが楽しめたらと思いこちらに決めて、たくさん遊んで汗かいて家族みんな満足でした。ゆっくりと家族で過ごせて良かったです。

部屋がとても綺麗でした。 いろんな温泉があってとてもリラックスできました。 風呂上がりの所にお水、お茶、ジュースはあったんですが、各階にウォーターサーバーか部屋にペットボトルのお水があったら良かったなと思いました。
