On the plus side: the location is hard to beat - amazing and energetic neighborhood, lots of food options, not far from the Metro in two directions. Less noisy than we would have expected. On the minus side: We got the sense that the property was recently renovated and not all the bugs have been worked out. We put an unneeded pillow on a shelf in the closet and it promptly collapsed, suggesting no one had ever used it. More importantly, we had no wifi for two days - the hosts tried to provide alternatives (wifi from the restaurant downstairs) but they didn't work... Their efforts and intentions were good, but it was a rockier visit than we would have liked or expected.

There is no staff on sight, no accessibility. Lack of transparency and only notified of the issues with the wifi then mentioned of the portable AC but didn’t say anything about their central AC was broken only until less than 3 hours of the check in time. No sound roof for the window at all. Unable to reach when there are issues at night, passive communication and refused to compensate properly or showing any genuine to resolve the issues (they expect me to go through another night with no AC and noises or comp for not even worth a night of stay ). It was a nightmare and their attitude is neither genuine nor welcoming.

Great location. The room had all the basic necessities and was comfortable. They provided earplugs, but we didn't need them as it was very quiet during our stay.

Great location and very well stocked apartment unit. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very polite.

Excellent hotel option in Plateau! Room had everything you could need, was clean, and you can’t beat the location. Processes were smooth and well-communicated.

Road next to the property was too noisy that the host provide the ear plug to sleep. Worst part was parking and sound proof condition through the wall that I wouldnt reserve the room if I knew there is not parking space and the host recommended me the spot 20mins walking distance. I travel solo so have to carry all the baggages. Also during my stay, I could hear “everything” through walls and it was little too much compared to that of other hotels.

L'hébergement est très bien situé et le prix est abordable .Chambre propre , personnel courtois .Accès à la buanderie , Cuisine complète : vaisselles ,frigo. etc... Je recommande ``L'Unique Stays `` 4119 rue St-Denis Montréal car c'est un excellent endroit !

Location was perfect. We enjoyed the room and it was handy to have laundry. Staff was nice when we needed something and the luggage storage in the record shop was great!

Location is great lots of restaurants cafes and close to a Metro, so getting around was easy No TV in the room, so ensure you have your own entertainment devices. Room is perfect for 2 pple. Everything is new and bed is comfy. Utensils and plates ecc.

Location is great. The bike station for Bixi is right around the corner. Artistic streets, cool stores nearby.
