All is well, the facilities are okay and good.

The triple room is quite spacious with a fairly affordable price.

Wide drop-off area, ample parking, lobby reception, one floor up, elevator ride a bit slow, spacious room, still smells of paint, no jet-spray toilet, making it a bit difficult for children to defecate due to the thin tissue. Room amenities include a hair dryer, delicious breakfast, spacious room, more suitable for couples without children. Atmosphere/Facilities: Comfortable, clean, a bit dizzy when taking the elevator because it goes to the 21st floor. Food: Very tasty, although at breakfast my child was asked how old he was because the free breakfast requirement is 5 years. Staff Assistance: Bellboy, security, and receptionist were responsive, friendly, and very helpful. Highlights: Comfortable hotel, convenient city center location, close to Tunjungan Plaza. Price: Reasonable Price Location: Strategic

July 31, 2025 Okay, let's start. I initially chose this hotel because it scored 5 out of 68 reviewers. When we arrived, it turned out the location was a bit different from this map. It's actually northeast of the Intiland complex, but you can also enter from the south. It seems like it's under construction. It was a bit confusing to enter the hotel, so you had to ask the security guard first (it wasn't very ergonomic and informative). It's not fully operational yet, so there are very few staff, so don't expect high responsiveness. And the swimming pool isn't ready yet (I regret bringing my swimsuit from home). The room was okay. But the amenities were minimal. Unfortunately, there was no carpet or wooden floor paper on the floor. The AC was okay, the WiFi was okay, although sometimes it didn't work, and the hot water was also okay. Unfortunately, the duvet and sheets hadn't been replaced by the previous guest, so it was a bit itchy. The TV was okay because it was a smart TV, but unfortunately, there was no account login, so you had to log in individually. The view is okay. Unfortunately, the toilet only has an eco washer, not a jet shower. Breakfast... unfortunately, there's no chicken porridge, even though Buryat is the face of breakfast. Everything is standard and there's not much variety. Nothing is particularly tasty. The gado-gado seasoning lacks flavor. The ote-tee seems raw inside, so it melts completely. The waffle is very flat and tasteless. The dining area is spacious. The staff are friendly. The location is in the heart of Surabaya, still close to my old school, SMA 6 and SMP 1 Surabaya. The second night, I booked a premiere double room, and was upgraded to a junior suite (thanks, yeah.....) but there's still a problem: the bathroom drainage is so slow that the water overflows outside the shower room, especially since the floor is level. And even though there are two ACs, because the glass area is so large, it doesn't get cold enough to shiver even with three fans on and the temperature at 10 degrees.

need to install a lock for bathroom sliding door. join breakfast for first day stay, food very salty, decided not to include breakfast for my second day . two nights stay very enjoyable amazing view from 19th floor. thanks ! recommended

The right choice of hotel for a vacation, the hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean, the view of the city lights at night is very beautiful... Next time, stop by here again...

Very impressive. The only downside is that when making a reservation, you have to wait a long time because the staff are preparing the room you will be staying in. So, everything is paid off when you enter the room, very comfortable.

New and clean hotel, super friendly staff, food is also okay.. everything is new.. it's just that the swimming pool is not ready yet, because it's only been 1 month so it's still being fixed.. but overall it's okay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need anything, ask anything, they will immediately serve you, come to your room, provide everything you need even though you checked in at dawn around 4 am. The room is spacious, clean, suitable for families. The location is also okay. It's a new hotel, all the facilities are luxurious.

It would be nice to increase the AC power for the premiere rooms and junior suites.

We stayed at the Premier Twin room... very comfortable, because the room is very spacious, and the view is very good. Breakfast has many variants and tastes good The three of us are very satisfied and happy, the check-in and check-out process is also very fast. Hotel dengan modern look. Bersih area publik dan kamarnya. Kebersihan dan peralatan yg di kamar berfungsi sangat baik. AC sangat dingin dan bagus. Smart TV yg bagus. Staff yg ramah terutama receptionis yg handle saya saat check in dan security yg sangat membantu mengarahkan jalan menuju lobby saat saya datang. Sarapan dgn pilihan makanan yg cukup dan resto nya cukup luas dan tidak terlalu sesak dgn tamu saat sarapan. Staff kitchen yg ramah saat saya minta tolong membuatkan telur goreng. Mungkin hanya sedikit saran untuk wifi di kamar sering nyambung putus karena sinyal provider di kamar jg cukup susah. Jadi saya hanya mengandalkan wifi. Overall keren 👍👍

We stayed in a premier double room for 2 nights, unfortunately the room facing north got a lot of sunlight which resulted in the AC being defeated, fortunately on the 2nd night it was cooler. It would be nice if the AC capacity for a fairly large room space of 40m², could be increased. The breakfast room is quite large and open making eating uncomfortable because the air is quite hot. Hopefully next time it can be better, I will definitely stay again
