Very nice and quiet rooms. The staff was amazing, every one of them. I’ll be staying here again in the future

The staff was exceptional and very polite. The food was DELICIOUS and more like western cuisine. Best BLT I’ve had in years. Found some loose boards at the pool and maintenance fixed it right away. Mattress wasn’t that comfortable compared from other hotels I stayed at. A bit more expensive than other hotels, but still a nice place to stay

I really liked this hotel. They were very helpful about helping me find my way around Dumaguete. The hotel is an easy walk to the Coatal road where there are lots of restaurants, but the food was so good at the hotel, I hardly went out to eat. The breakfast is fantastic. They also have these bagels with egg and different meats. They are delicious any time of day.

I really liked the delicious free full breakfast to order.They provide you with a menu. You also get your tea, coffee, hot cocoa, soda or juice free with your breakfast meal. They also serve other meals. The staff are very frendly; exceptional making you feel like family. They're very welcoming.The inside & outside decor is absolutely beautiful. It has a relaxing environment with the back garden with koi fish & pool with lighting. They maintain the grounds daily. We can always park up front. It's close to restaurant, beach, vendors, & games. The staff do a wonderful job providing services to assist with room needs, cleans & refreshens room. They have a 4th floor roof type bar & view. Microwave, water, & frig in room down the hallway. Room comes with large glass water jars with hot water pitcher to brew your coffee or tea. A safe to lock your valuables. WiFi with You Tube & Netflix movies. Daily security that opens door, greets you, and helps you back up, etc. Air con, beds with plenty of pillows make for a nice sleep. The blow dryers excellent. They provided slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & liquid hand soap. My only thing is the room should have 2 rolls of toilet paper because they are 1 ply, and we're staying a week. I'd love to see a mini frig. I really enjoyed staying here. Exceptional Service. Everyone was so kind & friendly. I'd stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good beds and pillows. Free Netflix on large screen TV. Free breakfast every morning. Good breakfast menu. Staff is very service oriented. Free parking. Beautiful pool. Top floor bar. Free toothbrush, tooth paste, & slippers. No mini-fridge in room, but a refrigerator, microwave, & hot/cold water despenser is located at end of hallway. No electrical outlet in bathroom. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel if you are unable to lodge at The Henry Resort Hotel.

I had a great stay at Hotel Dumaguete and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is absolutely perfect—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. An for the staff members I encountered was warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. An also added security, with army guards present on the premises. It provided an extra layer of safety and peace of mind.

Rooms are small but clean and with good aircon. Good that there is an airport shuttle, and that it’s also really close to the ferry terminal. Very noisy though if you’re on the end, it’s like there isn’t a window in, and you can hear everything outside so clearly. Didn’t realise there was a communal kitchen / pantry on each floor, would be good to explain this at check in as I was disappointed not to have a fridge.

Airport shuttle is a plus, great location with a lot of dining options, near downtown n boulevard bay walk, staff is helpful n friendly.

Excellent hotel. From the nice smelling diffuser in the room to the tablet you can use for guest services. Four different eateries, an open air lounge and bar, nice courtyard, free shuttle to the airport and a great breakfast menu. Definitely will stay here again.

Room was nice. I had ordered a garden side room, but got a street side room instead, which was too noisy. Make sure to order a room towards the back. Otherwise the pool was very nice. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very nice.

Rooms were clean I was a bit surprised by the chip board wardrobes and grey plastered walls. Staff were lovely friendly and polite. Breakfast was good but disappointed you were only allowed one drink free of charge for breakfast for example if I ordered a coffee then asked for a refill that was chargeable.

Awsome place

Hotel Dumaguete is stylish an dthoughtfully designed. The room was comfortable with all the basic amenities you needed. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, attentive, and consistently fantastic from check-in to checkout. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. You’re right in the middle of everything, which makes getting around effortless. And having multiple dining options on the property is a huge plus! The food was excellent across the board.
