El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, se encuentra cerca de la avenida principal y a minutos de la plaza mayor caminando. Las facilidades son excelentes y el personal del hotel es uno excepcional. Todo el personal es muy amable y muy servicial.

Excelente ubicación, la atención del personal muy atentos, siempre con una sonrisa, el desayuno muy completo y variado, cenamos varias veces y la comida deliciosa. Te preparan el desayuno para llevar si tienes que salir temprano por algún tour. Super recomendado este hotel y quiero destacar la atención de todo el equipo pero en especial a don German en el restaurante por su fina y amable atención Me volvería a hospedar sin duda en este hotel de nuevo con toda mi familia

This is a great hotel to stay of you're in Cusco. The staff is very attentive, the property is clean and smells soooo good. We arrived before check in and they had coca and munya tea ready for guests, in case you were struggling with the altitude. The breakfast options are very good too and though it's not in the middle of Plaza de Armas, the walk is not too far away and you still have access to a lot of businesses that are close by.

Great restaurant. Good variety for the daily breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I tried practicing my Spanish but since most of the desk staff and restaurant staff speak some English, it was faster to communicate in English. And less painful for the staff too. I would definitely recommend this hotel for visitors to Cusco.
