We stayed one night in this hotel as we had a function in Leigh-on-Sea. The hotel looks like it’s been recently renovated. On arrival we were able to check in early and because it wasn’t full, park our car there. The room (No 5) on the first floor looked towards the estuary. No balcony which I knew when booking. The train Line is right in front of the hotel but didn’t disturb us. The room was very clean with all the usual amenities and air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious and ticked all the boxes. Unfortunately we didn’t eat there at night but the menu looks good. We paid for breakfast which was tasty - freshly squeezed orange juice, smashed avocado and poached egg, and flat white coffee. Check out was easy. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Check in was good, we managed to get a car parking space. The Hotel was still being finished so It's difficult to give a full review. Staff were all excellent and food and drink was good. Only minor quibbles were: No lid on toilet seat. Lack of shelving in Bathroom and the sink is way too small for such a big space. All in all we would happily stay there again.

Breakfast was lovely, staff helpful and polite. Parking if you dont have a reserved spot is a little public carpark opposite the hotel. Lovely stay over all. Happy to stay again.

We stayed here for the weekend. Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel was spotless. All the staff were friendly and very attentive without being intrusive. We stayed in room 2, which had a balcony and was dog friendly. The sea view was lovely. The hotel is just across the railway tracks so very close to the sea. A short walk takes you to the local shops, including a Co-op and Tesco Express. The breakfast - wow. Delicious food. My partner has the full English and I had the vegetarian breakfast. Plentiful and served by a lady who, like all the staff, was lovely. The attention to detail in this hotel is second to none. Even the toiletries were fantastic quality. We had a mini fridge that had enough room to put 2 x 2 litre bottles of cola in standing up. Very handy for our vodkas and cokes. We will definitely be returning next year for my partner's birthday.

This is a lovely little hotel in the Old Town Part of Leigh on Sea. The room was lovely and i had a view out across the estuary. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was great with a fab shower and soft towels. I didnt eat in the restaurant but the food looked amazing. The staff were lovely. Friendly and helpful. Make sure to book parking in advance and dont be out off by the railway line. I hardly heard it!

Our room was first class as was the staff we met. We just had a small breakfast but that was also top class. Only one thing spoiled it and that was Experia charging £38 more than the actual cost of the room if we had booked a hotel room directly. We won’t be using Experia again lesson learned (book direct).

Amazing! Friendly staff, smooth check in, beautiful room, right by Old Leigh. We also ate in the restaurant where the service and food were both exceptional. So good, we booked to stay again.
