I would like to say that my Husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Element Hotel downtown Calgary! The staff were amazing to say the least! The rooms are immaculate, comfortable and there was everything we needed and more in our room. And the bathroom was beautiful, very clean and roomy. I am an elderly lady who uses a walker to get around and I had not one problem with our room. Excellent lay out And also the staff in the Restaurant on the 12th floor were a wonderful a great crowd so friendly. Great atmosphere! Food was delicious and the views were amazing! Clean room, good staff

We found this gem right downtown. A quick walk to Kensington. The rooms are big, clean and modern. The hotel is quiet and the breakfast is wonderful. We will be staying here again.

Great room. Has a Spacious,neat and new room. Staffs were helpful Had a public parking ($12) near the area. Otherwise you can make use of the street or valet with a fee. Complimentary breakfast was good

Spacious room with more amenities than expected (cook top, dishwasher, larger fridge). We were early for check-in and that was no problem. Staff were so friendly and accommodating too. Definitely staying here the next time we’re in Calgary.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Very clean, rooms are brand new and spacious. Penthouse restaurant and complementary breakfast were awesome. Only negative is the severe lack of parking apart from the valet with extra cost.

Good - We were travelling with our two dogs and the staff were great about it. They brought us dog beds, food and water dishes, and poop bags to our room when we checked in. The room was spacious and comfortable. Not so good - We requested early check in when we booked but they were not able to accommodate the time we requested on the day we arrived, which put us in limbo for a few hours. The parking situation is chaotic and very tight. You are supposed to pull in to a loading zone in front of the hotel and have their valet park for you but it took us four passes around the block to find a space. There were no other options for parking, not even pay to park lots in the area due to construction blocking access to the one across the street mentioned in other reviews. In the bathroom there was low water pressure which made showering a little difficult.

Everything is good except parking. Will be 100% if have basement parking.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, modern and convenient hotel downtown. The rooftop restaurant was also excellent and thd customer service was excellent 👌

Breakfast was good. The rooms could use some towel bars to hang up wet towels.

We had a fantastic stay. We loved to use the complimentary bikes to use. It was the easiest way to get around the city. The only thing which was missing that you could not lock them up. The breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very beautiful with an awesome view. I loved that they had two kinds of plant based milk! Thanks so much.

Overall, we had a good stay at the property. The room sizes were impressive and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the service fell short. Each time we called reception, it took multiple attempts before anyone answered. The valet service was particularly disappointing - slow and disorganized. When we returned late, they initially wanted to leave my car outside. After I declined, I was directed to park the car myself in the underground valet area and then walk up a long flight of stairs to the lobby. In hindsight, the valet service was not worth the cost. I would recommend parking elsewhere. That said, the stay was still decent overall, though there is clear room for improvement.

Nice breakfast buffet & large rooms!

Hotel and amenities are good, parking was a disappointment if you didn't want to pay for valet parking it was on you to try find parking close by that allowed overnight parking. Also be aware this hotel is basically next door to a fire station.

The rooms were clean and fresh and looked new and modern. The retaurant on 12th floor provided a delicious meal, and the morning continental breakfast provided variety and tasted very good. All the staff was very polite and friendly.

Clean room, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was very pleased with the size of room, the full size fridge and general ambiance. Breakfast was bonus points! Really enjoyed my stay.
