Very nice and clean room!

Very clean room. Staff were very nice. Parking lot was well lit. Would definitely return.

Booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived at motel room it reeked of cigarette smoke. This was a non smoking room. Went back to receptionist and she gave us another room but it still smelled badly of cigarette smoke. The receptionist was very pleasant. It took a week calling Hotels. com and the Bon Air motel to straighten the charge on my credit card. They both said they were not the ones charging my card?

I like this motel a lot even though I find the price a little excessive. However, as far as I can tell, it is the cheapest in Timmins. The restaurant in proximity is quite convenient.

It was excellent! Parking was good!

Went to bed early for as I had an early flight. Got woke up by someone in parking lot wandering around our car. Got woke up again later by someone pounding on our door and standing outside our room. Called the front desk and they advised they would send someone right away. Not a restful or stress-free stay.

Strong smell of mold

I don’t understand why we got shoved in a room in a back corner Do you have rates for hospital matters?

Bedbugs were my room they moved me to a better room, but was totally a waste of my credit

The beds not clean and there was hairs on it.

Parking was the best. Right outside the room. Brightly lit.

The coffee in the room is not good. Breakfast is too simple. Last time, there was a very bad noise coming from the other unit.

Everything was okay, you can enjoy a cigarette just outside the door..or parked at your door.
