Our room was very spacious and cute! Nice water pressure in the shower, AC worked efficiently and the bed was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the continental breakfast. I had the best fresh-squeezed orange juice I’ve ever had! It was perfect for a night in between arriving in Bucharest and taking the train to Braşov.

The staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our very late check-in, and assisting us with transportation and luggage storage. The room was spotless and breakfast was tasty.

No elevator with all room 1 or more stories above street level.

ZERO STARS: Upon arriving they said they had "never heard of Orbitz" and did not have any rooms available for us. There was another family that had booked via Expedia which they also refused. Then, they refused to refund my card. Total scam

This is ok, but peculiar. You get the impression that the owners want to do something else. Things are ok here, but check-in at 4 pm is just strange. Breakfast is confusing because you won't find muesli or black tea and cups don't fit the machine. Location is great and also wifi. Bookshare is nice and some art. It is perfect if you like ortodox church singing and stay here on a Sunday morning, because you'll get a good chance to singalong from your bed all morning.
