I'd stayed here before in a studio room, and it was comfortable. The receptionist (guy) was responsive and friendly. But the second time I stayed, I got a mezzanine room, and the receptionist (lady) was less responsive. In the morning, when I wanted to check out, my car was blocked by other cars. We repeatedly called, texted, and WhatsApped the receptionist (lady), but there was no response. Finally, we knocked on each guest's room. Only then did the receptionist appear without apologizing or asking anything.
