I needed an inexpensive place to stay on short notice in Vienna. This rental fit the bill perfectly. It is a clean, efficient apartment. Comfortable. I love the huge shower! It took me a bit to figure out how to use the lock system but once I did it was easy. It is not marked, so don't look for the VIL name or logo anywhere when you are trying to find the place. Once settled in it was a great location for the days I was there.

Everything was superb other than the fact that this property was listed as fully functional kitchen including oven which we particularly needed. As well as the property description clearly stating oven, the images even showed one. THERE IS NO OVEN AT THIS PROPERTY. PLEASE BE AWARE Other than that, great value and we found the location to be great

Modern apartments with modern appliances. Very quiet neighborhood. A few great restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Clean, convenient t location with a supermarket across the street, beds were comfortable

The place was clean, comfortable and warm.

It was an excellent experience. We had almost immediate response to all our queries. The host was very accommodating. Easy access to public transportation. It was a great experience for my family and we would definitely recommend! If we are back in Vienna, we would stay here again!!

Apartament w bardzo dobrym stanie. Wyposażona we wszystko kuchnia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującą firmą przez e-mail i aplikację. Obok sklepy spożywcze, bary, restauracje. Blisko do metra linii U1 (5 minut pieszo) i do U2 (15 minut pieszo).

Location is good, in quiet residential area. Grocery stores and transpotation close by and convenient. Cleanliness not so good. Coukd not use balcony, cob webs and dirty. Looked like not cleaned for some time. Windows and curtains dirty. No broom on site, had to buy one so we could sweep the floor. For furniture very limited for long stay. One small uncomfortable couch and 2 chairs at the table. We stayed for 3 weeks.Would recommend this place for short stays only.

Excellent

Nice apartment in an otherwise residential looking apartment block. Communication is ok, although the phone app didn't actually open the apartment door and I had to use a code. The location is a bit further away from the nearest metro station - at night the area is a bit dark and quiet.

Nice little apartment a short train ride from the Austria Center Vienna. However, the third sleeping option (a fold-out couch) is very uncomfortable and cannot be recommended.

It was the perfect stay! Hard to find my room but after I worked it out I was amazed with the place!

I had a last minute booking due to a family emergency. I was arriving near midnight. Since there is no front desk, I was worried about getting into the apartment. I reached out to the property manager thru Expedia. The property manager promptly responded. I received instructions and all went flawlessly. The property itself was very clean. There were many amenities such as a full kitchen with plates, utensils and a microwave. There was a safe and a washing machine. It's a 10 minute walk to U2 and about 5 minutes to U1, so accessibility is not a problem. There were several grocery stores in the area. If I had to say one negative thing, if you're planning on frequently coming home late at night, walking, I felt that it may not be the safest area. During the day and into the evening no problem.

Fantastic apartment, we loved the security, air conditioning ans all the property has to offer , my wife and I have stayed all over the world and this one rates well and is great value for money. Thankyou to the lovely apartment owners that make these experiences possible.

Fin och bra utrustad lägenhet på bottenvåning inkl AC. Mycket lugnt och tyst läge i mitten av kvarteret. Uteplats mot liten innergård där solen inte når ner. Sköna sängar, bra med tvättmaskin i dusch/handfatsrum, WC separat. Lägenheten har allt man behöver minus en ugn. Fotona på boendet överensstämmer helt med verkligheten. Smidigt med Openow-app till att öppna entrédörren från gatan och sedan används mobiltelefonnumret till lgh-dörrens kodlås, så inga nycklar behövs. Två större livsmedelsaffärer på andra sidan gatan. Två kvarter från tunnelbanan. Använd ÖBBs app för att köpa tunnelbanebiljett - enkel resa upp till veckobiljett. Kommunikationen med Vienna International Living sker i Hotels.com-chatt och funkar bra. Vi är otroligt nöjda med både lägenheten och läget. Lugnt område samtidigt som du kommer in till centrum på 15-20 min. Vi åkte från flygplatsen till Wien Praterstern som ligger en tunnelbanehållplats bort, så det var också toppen.
