No hot water

Necesita un poco de limpieza

This hotel did not have running water. I asked for a refund so we could check into a nearby hotel with water ands they refused stating water would be running again soon. It’s nearly midnight we’re all exhausted and still no water. Absolutely hellish experience.

Located 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Mercado San Pedro. Quiet area. Cozy, clean rooms just are they are shown in pictures.

They don’t answer the phone for the shuttle and we are still stocked at the airport at 1:00 am of the April second, this is terrible sorry

Very affordable, staff is nice. But the location is around the corner and many drivers do not know the exact location

The hotel was closed and they didn’t warn us, so we had to look for a new hotel 8pm in Cusco

Creo que existe un equilibrio de costo beneficio, en el desayuno la persona muy amable en la atención y la persona de recepción igualmente muy amable

Está muito distante de Plaza de Armas, e o café da manhã sem opções

Personnel très accueillant, le problème c’est le non-respect des clients donc l’hôtel n’y est pour rien et que les portes des chambres ne sont pas pleines donc pas de noir complet

The acoustics of the rooms was terrible. The quality I general was not good.

O café da manhã é das 6h às 8h somente o que me desagradou muito. Estamos de férias e gostaríamos de dormir até um pouco mais tarde. Próximo a estação rodoviária mas distante do centro histórico.
