Almada 234 is in an excellent location with most things in striking distance by foot, as well as close by metro and bus options. Lots of good restaurants, bars, and coffee within a couple of blocks. The property was in immaculate condition and the management was super-responsive via the hotels.com app and at the front desk when it was manned. Definitely recommended.

it was convenient location, everything was close by. staff at the reception was friendly and gave us recommendations for restaurants. he also attended to our requests at the earliest. only issue we found was the stairs to our bed which was in loft and stairs to the loft was in a zigzag manner which was uncomfortable especially if we were to use the bathroom in the middle of the night as the bathroom was downstairs.

Absolutely loved this apartment just a block from Liberty SquareWe received constant and immediate communication from apartment reception and given great recommendations, including lovely, authentic cafe just up the street with the best coffee. We were able to store our luggage for the day after check out. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Almada 234. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, with great restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful location and cool apartments! João was at the front desk and was an amazing host! I ran into him several times during my stay and he answered all my questions and left messages in my Expedia Portal with links to restaurants and anything around the city I was interested in. It felt so much for personal than a regular hotel or Airbnb. The actual apartment unit was super nice. The only thing about the lofted studio was that the stairs to the bed were pretty narrow and the railing wasn't high, so I wouldn't recommend the lofted studio to someone with mobility issues. Other than that, everything was perfect.

It is in the middle of the center, you can walk everywhere, lots of restaurants and supermarket near or you can do your food, the kitchen is small but have everything you need.

I loved this spot! The decor and ambience were great for 3 people. We loved how close it was to everything in Porto! Would stay here again

Excellent location, central location, clean unit, and responsive staff

The apartment’s location offers easy access to the metro station and is within walking distance of most restaurants and cafés. The staff were friendly, especially João, who gave me great tips about his lovely city, Porto, including where to dine and how to use public transport. I had a wonderful time!

Great space and centrally located.

Wonderful check in. Met us early and stored our bags before we were able to get into the room so we could wander around easier.

Personnel very friendly and helpful, several good suggestions for restaurants. Clean well kept building, well located.

The staff was excellent. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. Very convenient area of town with many things within walking distance.

This place was right in the heart of Porto. Coffee shops, restaurants, shops. Literally walking distance to everything. The property was always clean (great shower) . Every time I needed information on anything they were always available. As well as giving you their opinion of places to visit and eat. When I got back Almada will be the place for me.

High quality, spacious serviced apartment in a great central location in Porto. The decor of the apartment was really stylish. We were 2 adults and 3 children, they had kindly made up a sofa bed in the lounge area. Great area as well, walking distance to main tourist sites and some lovely local restaurants. (check out the Neon Museum too - an absolute gem). Just be aware (as with all serviced apartments in Porto) that there isn't someone physically on reception so you may need to call if you need help. The team were very helpful though.

We stayed at the Almada for 4 nights. Check in was easy and concierge friendly. The room itself is large and has a fridge and kitchenette and good AC. Location is perfect, near transportation and in middle of shopping, restaurants, attractions. Despite being in middle of things the place was very quiet. We stayed in room 52. The stairs up to the bed are steep and small so you have to use the wall and shot side rail to walk down and have lights on. Would not suggest to get room with the stairs to bed if mobility is a concern. Some improvement could go to cleaning, it wasn't dirty but there was old tissue under our bed when we arrived and a cap of some sort was left on the sink countertop that wasn't removed by the cleaner the entire stay. The walls and railings down the stairs also had greasy finger prints all over them from people holding them as they climbed the stairs. This to me suggests cleaners could need a little more attention to detail in their cleans. Rooms were refreshed/cleaned daily during our stay. Shower drain I our room was very slow, I shower quick and it pools almost immediately, might just have been out room though. Overall some room for improvement but overall we mainly enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautiful clean apartment, would definitely stay again!

Almada hotel was an amazing place to stay, situated right in the heart of the vibrant city of Porto. The room was fully equipped to make you feel at home. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
