I chose this place because of its location in the north of Yogyakarta. It's in a residential area, far from everything, but with a peaceful atmosphere. It's a bit of a walk to Jalan Raya Palagan, so I'd rather order a ride-hailing service if I'm eating out. There's a pantry on the fourth floor, with plenty of cooking and dining equipment. There's also a refillable water bottle, a large refrigerator, and a microwave. There's plenty of communal space on each floor. The rooftop has a swimming pool, and there are tables and chairs for relaxing. The room is very compact, with a soft mattress and cool AC, but the room isn't very clean, with lots of dust. The Wi-Fi is fast but sometimes cuts out. The front desk isn't 24 hours, only open until 9 PM. Check-in and check-out are quick. There's no elevator; you have to take the uneven stairs. Otherwise, it's okay, and the staff are friendly.

My next trip to Jogja is very homey, with a self-service pantry and a comfortable rooftop for morning or evening entertainment. Netflix isn't even listed yet, though.

Clean, cool air conditioning. It's a bit far from the city, though. The hotel's location is central for those heading to Prambanan and Merapi.

I regret staying here. It's close to Palagan's trendy cafes. The rooms and rooftop are cool and very comfortable. One downside: the power supply isn't strong enough if you plug in the hair dryer while the AC and TV are on.
