Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack

Nice location. Almost non existing swiming poll. Lots of noise from the chiller on the adejecente building. No soap no shower gel no shampoo. In summary iit s very far from a 4 star lodging

The room is spacious. However we did not get any cutlery in the room and no shower gel. Overall experience is nice.

A great stay at this very modern apartment complex 👍 Booked a 6 night break over the Xmas period at good price via Expedia. Flamingos salgados is in a quiet area in between the Albufeira Marina and Amerco de pera (Galé /Gui area) so a car is ideally required unless you want to use Uber or Taxis to get around. The beach isn't far from the complex but due to the road designs and lack of pathways it's around a 2.5k walk or drive to reach. This complex was only built in 2024/25 and to a high standard. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4 ring induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine x2 (Espresso and filter drip) plus a good selection of plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. There is a large balcony accessed from living area and bedroom that gets the sun all day from around 11am to sunset. Reception spoke good English and where very welcoming plus they accommodated our early check in request. They also gave us a small sweet pastry present on Xmas day so this was appreciated. A couple of things to note. Underground parking is available at a charge (€5 I think), but free parking is available outside on street. You will need to bring your own washing up liquid , kitchen towels, Tea cloths, coffee pods to avoid the frustration others have noted on some reviews. Kitchen fully equipped to a high standard. The cutlery was missing... But i was out all the time and didn’t have a chance to notify them. Also the freezer needs defrosting as i noticed the door was not fully closed. Not that i used it. Minor things really, so I still feel that they deserve the full 5*

Facilities in room excellent, balcony with South West aspect. Location in relation to restaurants and beaches ideal, plan to stay again.

No soap. One of the rooms has the bathroom outside. Difficult to find the room due to poor signage.

The property was lovely. Very clean and quiet. Close to nice beaches and towns. Great for our family visit. We also appreciated the many dining options and pools at the neighboring Marriott resort. The only negative was the broken AC unit in our room. It leaked a lot of water which had already caused damage to the wall and flooring before we arrived. We mentioned it at check-in and stopped using the unit when we noticed the damage. We were told that it was on the list to be repaired.

Lovely brand new spacious flats, fully equipped kitchen, nestled between Marriott hotel and Marriott residences. The bonus is that you can use all of the facilities of the Marriott incl the various pools, kids pool with slides etc. You can also eat at the buffet restaurant (you get a 15% discount as a resident). Little train takes you to local beach and back every 15 min. Flamingos much better value than the next door Marriott and since the facilities are shared, I don’t see the point of paying a premium for the Marriott ! The complex is quite secluded so you need a car to get around. 10-15 min drive from albufeira, and Zoomarine theme park.

We had a wonderful stay at Flamingos Solgados. The accommodation was beautifully presented and very well equipped. Staff were all very friendly.

Relatively new appartment block, very spacious apartment, very fresh and clean. Warm welcome from Raul. A couple of teething problems with the apartment but these were attended to immediately. One thing that was missing from the apartment was a safe which we feel is essential when travelling. Also, instructions (in english) on how to use the various kitchen applicances. We would definately stay at the complex again.

Very recent properties, modern, spacious and clean. The only handicap is the distance to the beach. Despite having a small train serving the community we had to drive and park on a public car parking that quickly got filled early in the day. I believe management is already working a solution for a direct walk that should not take more than 10/15min. Once completed, it will largely enhance the experience.

Exceptional stay with my family. The kids loved the pool while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and went so far as to make sure we had a great time
