Honest review: we booked a villa that can accommodate 6 people (2 floors and 2 bedrooms), but there were only 4 of us. Negative: amenities were only given 2 towels, 3 toothbrushes, 3 slippers, 2 bottles of water. What does this mean?? It should be according to the number of guests, right? The food was not delicious, the ginger sarabba was bitter, the fried bananas ordered were original, but what came was chocolate. The rice was the same. Positive: cleanliness was okay, the location was quiet, CS was friendly and fast response on WA chat.

The villa facilities are complete, the atmosphere is comfortable, the children are happy, especially since there are several rides available.

Masya Allah.. The place is very beautiful.. The room is very clean, fragrant.. Got a bonus of delicious saraba.. Luxurious.. Elegant.. In short, perfect.. Very good for a vacation with family.

The staff is friendly and responsive. The villa is comfortable, but the amenities seem lacking (?) because there should be 8 according to the capacity, but only 4 are available. Or is that really the case? I don't know. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here.

The room is really nice😍😍 but if possible the toilet is closed and the spray is more maintained because it can't get water out but the crew is very agile and quickly fixes it😍 but other than that, the condition of the room, service, food, location is really great😍😍😍 If I have the luck again, I want to come here if I go to Malino🤭
