The staff are definitely friendly and very helpful, this is a recommendation, and I will stay here again if I go to Bandung.

Really happy with our stay here. Staff were really nice and polite. Very thankful that they accommodated all our simple requests, very timely as well. Clean and neat rooms. Location is very good, a lot of cafes and restaurants around, but could have heavy traffic at times. Just note that the hotel doesn't have a lift. Our room was on 3F, we didn't mind this but good to take note if you're someone who doesn't like stairs. The staffs were always so helpful whenever we have luggage to go up and down the stairs so it was not a problem at all.

The hotel is clean and bright, the water heater works very well, the staff is nice and friendly, there is free flow water (there is a dispenser on each floor), it is close to the viral restaurant and bakery shop.

The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. However, there was some noise from footsteps coming from the ceiling above the room, which could be slightly disturbing at times

The location of the hotel, although not close to the center of the crowd, but it is not difficult to find food, and other entertainment, the food does not have much variety but the taste is quite good, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom is still very clean, hopefully it will not continue because the hotel is new..👍

I loved my vacation in Bandung and staying in a hotel with a beautiful setting, and I felt incredibly comfortable. Besides the spacious and comfortable rooms, it's close to Bandung's culinary attractions like Bolu Pisang Cihapit, Cimory, Sop Konro, De Deli Bakes, and more.

I arrived earlier than check-in time, but the room was ready, and I was able to check in quickly. The staff was very friendly, but there was one thing I couldn't find, a sign indicating the direction of the Qibla. Where is it?

The most comfortable, beautiful, quiet, and clean hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The hotel and restaurant cafe staff are all friendly. The service is excellent. The food and drink prices at the cafe are affordable, with discounts for hotel guests. The strategic location is close to the culinary destinations I want to go to, only about a 4-10 minute walk. I will stay here again next time 👍
