Central to everything, very walkable, great breakfast. Clean, great staff.

Locations was perfect. Close to the metro when you’re coming from the airport or to connect to any metro line. Rooms are small but very clean. And very close to the major sites. the cathedral, the Agusta Arch, santa Justa lift. And the famous tram 28 has a stop right outside the hotel.

The hotel was in a great area, nice breakfast selection and really quiet. Highlight was Maria, she was so friendly and helpful. You’re lucky to have her!!

Excellent Baixa location. Nice but small rooms. Staff not always present impacting service. Only crowded street parking with nearest garage several blocks away. Overpriced breakfast. Complementary half bottle of wine a nice touch.

It was such a cute fun decorated hotel! It was close to everything great location but safe! Great views of the tram passing by. Staff was also helpful, helped with storage and all questions.

Everything here was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful. The only thing for me was the room was very small. Two of us stayed in the Japan room and we had trouble finding spots for our 3 suitcases. Otherwise it was amazing. Location is great for walking all over.

Hotel in a good position, near to most attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Room good, but frosted glass partition into bathroom would be better darker for more privacy. Coffee making facility in room, but no tea making facility. Breakfast good.

This is a very comfortable modern hotel well placed in the old Lisbon, convenient to all the sites, close to trams, buses, metro. Rooms are well appointed and tastefully decorated and provided excellent accomodation.

Hôtel très bien situé , tout près de plusieurs restaurants. La chambre était très propre. Quartier parfait pour visiter Lisbonne. Employés très accueillant.

Excellent location & staff very polite and helpful. Rooms are very nicely furnished, complimentary water and bottle of wine was nice touch. Bathrooms are very bijou but adequate - the obscure glass wall not to my liking but that's just me! Good quality and choice at breakfast and regularly replenished, loved the pasties de nata !! Very small/tight eating area but if you pick your time its fine. Nice watching the iconic streetcars passing outside while enjoying breakfast :) :)

The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to do. Tram 28 right outside the door. Maria on staff was great and helpful. Room was tiny and dark and a little weird. Bedside lights were bare halogen bulbs, light switch wallplate fell off as did the handle for the sink. The bathroom was large and modern. The breakfast was underwhelming and not worth 15 Euro.
