Everything was wonderful! The cooked to order breakfast and the other items available for breakfast were fantastic. The property went a long way to us enjoying our visit to Niagara on the Lake.

Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. Very good location - easy walk to Ryerson Park, very close to historic old town. Breakfast is good.

The hotel experience fell significantly short of what was advertised online. The property and amenities were not maintained to the expected standard, and several aspects of the stay did not align with the descriptions and photos provided during booking. Most concerning was the restaurant food handling and sanitation practices. Various meat, cheese, and dairy products appeared to be left unrefrigerated or inadequately cooled for extended periods, raising serious food safety concerns. The overall food quality and freshness were disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for guest service and hygiene. Not front desk staff were present the entire day and while the restaurant staff were generally polite, the condition of the facilities and concerns surrounding food safety made the stay difficult to recommend.

The property is newly renovated and under new ownership. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the property is close to everywhere you need to be .

The property was very nice and clean. The room could have better carpeting. The breakfast was excellent and included both à la carte and buffet options. We had an issue getting the TV working. Other guests we spoke to also had this issue, but we eventually were able to get it functioning.

Very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was FANTASTIC. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The only thing I might recommend is that a staff member be available for a short time. Maybe a couple hours in the morning. We never saw anyone (for the exception of the breakfast staff) and we would have liked new towels for our second day. Also, our remote didn't work at all for the cable. We were able to watch Netflix, but that's it. I suppose I could have emailed the address left in case we needed anything, but we didn't feel it was that critical.

There is no staff on duty - you enter with a door code and I had not looked for their email. Fortunately I raised someone on the phone who explained how to get into my room. At night I had a noisy neighbor and had to knock on their door myself. I told the hotel about my toilet which self flushed all night long but they did not fix it. Not really a hotel at all.

The hotel was nice and quiet. Plenty of onsite parking.The room was spacious, had a minifridge and coffee maker. A good selection of channels on the TV feed. Breakfast was cooked to order (eggs, pancakes or french toast) and served with a smile.

We stayed in a double room with a city view for one night. The room was compact but very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the hot, made-to-order breakfast. Compared to other pricey hotels and bed-and-breakfast options in the old town, Nine Vines, just a few minutes’ drive away, offers excellent value for the price. As for suggestions, it would be helpful to add towel hangers in the washroom and to improve the quality of the pillows.

Staff is very polite and respectful. the room was well maintained and clean. the lady who maintains these rooms she is great. the breakfast was even better with great welcome and servings. we loves it. we will stay at the same place in future without hesitation.

Clean, with great service. It would be nice if the room had darkening curtain, a lot of daylight coming through the blinds at 6:30 in the morning.

Wonderful hosts!

Breakfast was well above the average hotel breakfast with not only an excellent buffet but also fresh made eggs to your choice with a varied meat choice. Inna was a fantastic host and our room with fireplace was perfect and spotless. Due to parking requirements and expense in NOTL it might be a good idea to have a guide to local transport, even a payment required shuttle.
