After checking into the room and unpacking,

We stayed for one night. The location was great, we were a bit early but would have to pay £30 extra for early check-in so just left our bags instead for no charge. My son and husband needed to change into suits so just used the hotel toilets instead which are very nice. It's self check in which was relatively easy but there was staff on hand to help and gave us directions to our rooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, for some reason they had huge bathrooms which are nice but it just seemed like the space would have been better used to make the bedroom a big bigger with more storage. Over all though it's a good hotel in a great location with very friendly helpful staff, so all good .

Great location, very nice staffs. Nice a clean and trendy rooms, the hotel had an unfortunately issue with the hot water in the hotel last night but everything was fixed by the morning. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of variety.

Lovely hotel in great location for Theatres. Hotel is very modern and room was small but functional. We had basic room which was fine for a night or 2. Would not be suitable if you had mobility issues as you have to climb over one another to get into bed. Tea and coffee facilities are in rooms, hair dryer and lovely toiletries. Was beautifully clean. Hotel is a bit quirky but I would definitely stay here again

Overall, our stay at the moxy was a good experience. Positives: The hotel is centrally located - it is right next to transit and many things are within walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They assisted us with check in, carrying bags, and getting answer ring questions. Check in was fast and painless, since everything can be done on your own using the kiosk/tablets. The hotel itself was nice and the rooms were clean and modern. Negatives: The bathroom - while the size of the bathroom is normal, there is no actual counter or other space to store your items. The shower door opens inward, which is quite awkward. The hallways had very thick carpet, which was difficult to roll suitcases through. Overall review: 4/5. No major downsides, and the staff really helped make our experience a positive one. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting London.

Absolutely amazing hotel in the centre of Piccadilly circus, breakfast was incredible so much better than anticipated and the restaurant looked so beautiful. Bed super comfy. I will definately be back. Thank you

Small room, huge pillar in the middle making it hard to move around.

The property was conveniently located and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and theaters. We were able to catch hop on off bus easily and able to grab a quick cab ride to a tour we booked through Viator at Kensington palace. Some of the cons of the Moxy not a lot of staff on hand. It’s self check in and check out. No elevator, using an escalator with luggage difficult. Although rooms clean double bed is a bunk and high using ladder to climb which can be difficult if older. The room also had a dangerous step down that I missed a tripped several times and the shower adjacent to the toilet was also a hazard and hit my head on several times. We were asked to move out of our room and had a half hour to do so due to some sort of a leak without warning or assistance or luggage cart. Although clean and conveniently located not sure I would go back.

Check-in and check-out was self service and very easy. There was a staff member to assist if needed. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and friendly. The complimentary drink is a nice touch, but it's a very, very sweet fruit punch that we didn't like, due to it being so sweet. We had a loft room that is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom/shower was great with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The smart TV has several channels and you can login to Netflix with your own account if you want. There's a SMEG coffee machine and coffee capsules, which were lovely to have in the morning. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on it. The biggest issue however is that the single day bed is so, so hard to sleep on that I may as well have slept on the floor. My friend said the double bed was comfortable. As a suggestion, the day bed would be perfect if a memory foam topper or similar is placed on the day bed when it's being made up. Overall, The Moxy is located well, it was a good price. I would recommend here and would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and inviting. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The lifts were broke during the stay so that was a nightmare. The room we were in had no windows which we knew, but it was not nice I hated it. The bed underneath the double bed should not of been called a bed it was rock hard plastic covering for a couch area. There was no stool in the room to sit on to even put makeup on. Ive never stayed in room with no windows and I will not do it again! I felt like an Amazon parcel! 😂. I didn't have the breakfast as we couldn't wait to get out and get fresh air. I would stay again but with a room with a window.

Un espacio minimalista, pero acorde a lo que ofrecen en su publicidad, limpieza y trato inmejorable, a unos paso de Picadilli Circus, lineas de metro y acceso a una cuadra para Autobús Turístico. Relación Calidad/Precio inmejorable. Ampliamente recomendable. Desayuno incluido que vale la pena.

Clean room and a good value for central london

Basic amenities were not provided or attended to such as toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. Also, rooms without windows should not be a practice of hotel design.
