We were there for 8 days. The hotel was new and clean. The staff were freindly and helpful. It is an easy 20min walk to the promenade with excellent resturants and shops along the way. The one suprise was that it is not actually a beach-front hotel and doesn't own any umbrellas. The beach is a 5min walk away with umbrellas owned by two different hotels. You can rent the umbrellas for the day for €10-€15, cash only. Overall, a lovely stay.

What an absolute gem of a property! Honestly, if you’re staying in saranda then you have to stay here. Beautiful new hotel, great staff, free parking for the guests, great location a street away from the ocean and 5-10 minute walk to anything you may desire. Restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs or the beach. I want to give specific thank you to Onersa for being so welcoming and hospitable! She was absolutely incredible and made my stay even more memorable. Not only is the property a gem, Onersa at reception is a gem also. I highly recommend you stay at this wonderful property.

Review: 5/5 ⭐️ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a truly excellent experience. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had a small issue with the bathroom door, but it was promptly fixed the same day, which showed great responsiveness from the staff. One particular staff member stood out for being exceptionally helpful from day one—he even assisted with parking my car, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with a good variety, and our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The jacuzzi was also well-maintained, with the water cleaned twice during our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

The jacuzzi style hot-tub was the high point for me. Cocktails were decent as well. Downsides- No gym and breakfast was repetitive.

Our room had a lovely view of the sea. It was a side view room, but the view of the sea was fab. You could see the crystal clear waters and the balcony had chair and tables and somewhere to dry your clothes too. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Always willing to help and hospital. If you want a nice hotel away from busy town, then this is perfect. A lot more quiet, but 10min walk from port and 15 minutes from the town and major bus routes.

Excellent stay in 3 rooms, hot tub is a bit small fir 2 people but rooms were comfortable and spotless. Robe and slippers were a nice touch. Breakfast was a cold spread but hot available on request. Overall a fantastic stay.

The room was as good as new, very clean and high quality. The staff were extremely friendly. All in all, highly recommended

Struttura nuovissima ben organizzata pulizia ottima posizione a circa 800 MT dal centro

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, men for oss så kom det ikke tydelig frem at det kun var private badebasseng på hotellet, så vi savnet badebasseng.

Difficilmente scrivo recensioni, ma in questo caso mi son sentito di fare un'eccezione: nuova struttura (ha aperto nel 2024) a Kodra, quindi in posizione strategica per la vita notturna (è a poco più di 1Km dal centro) ma al tempo stesso silenziosissima (merito, credo, anche degli ottimi materiali insonorizzanti con i quali è stata costruita). Personale gentilissimo ed altamente professionale, colazione ottima ed abbondante....Insomma tutto perfetto

Vi valgte at forlænge vores ophold. Hotellet var perfekt for os. Vi havde havudsigt og privat jacuzzi til meget rimelige penge. Morgenmaden havde det hele; æg, juice, brød, sødt og specialiteter. Vi havde et fint badeværelse med lækre håndklæder. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Vi kan kun anbefale at bo her og forkæle jer selv.

Le séjour c’est très bien passé. Le personnel était plus que serviable et nous a beaucoup aidé pendant notre séjour. Je recommande !
