Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee!
Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for
