Hamza's caring and availability. Delicious and (sometimes too) plentiful food. Great use of LED lighting. Wonderful shower with plenty of hot water.

It was a pleasure staying at this Riad. Rooms were clean and the settings were quite traditional, which I loved. Hamza, the Hotel Manager, was phenomenal and very helpful throughout my stay. He personally provided a tour of the city at no charge and his hospitality was exceptional. No problem with hot water or heat (it was a bit cold when I stayed here), and breakfast was great. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners too - really great individuals.

ロケーションはとても便利な所にあるのですが、最初に辿り着くまで物凄い細い路地を入って行かなくてはならず、自力では見つけられず、親切な若者が誘導してくれ、ボラれる事もなく安心しました。 ミントティーとお菓子でお出迎え頂き、スタッフの応対はとても親切で穏やかな口調で好感が持てました。 狭い空間のリアドですが、清潔で屋上のテラスで食事や休憩は居心地が良く、日の出、日の入りを爽やかな風と共に見る事が出来ました。 食事も美味しく、サービスも良かったです。 部屋のトイレやシャワーも清潔で、排水溝の嫌な匂いがする事も無く、シャワーの水量も十分で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 早朝の出発の時にスタッフが一緒にバス停まで送ってくれたので、迷う事も無く安心して出発する事が出来ました。
