This may be buried in the listing somewhere and we may have missed it, but there’s no elevator. Because of the location of the building and the room within it, it’s noisy at night.

Property is a great location and the price was right. I would not stay in the superior two bedroom again though. There were stains on upholstery and there was barely enough room to walk around the beds. It was also right above street level and the bar noise is quite loud from 5pm to 3am.

the location of the apartment is outstanding and communication with the host was very good. The staff responded in a timely manner and met our requests quickly when we had questions or needs. The apartment is close to excellent restaurants and also the metro is very close, making this a great location for exploring the city on foot. The bathroom and kitchen as well as the bedrooms were clean. Because the location is in a popular neighborhood, there can be some noise at night but our group did not find it terribly bothersome.

Great location and price! The host was very helpful and answered quickly when we had questions. The apartment was clean and gave us plenty of space for our stay. We loved having a kitchen and a quiet place to relax after busy days. Thank you!

This place is amazing!!! First of all, the location is great, right along Avenue du Mont-Royal, which is magical in the summer. There’s a variety of restaurants and boutiques all around. Second, the condo is very modern, clean and comfortable. I loved the powerful air conditioning, the comfy leather chair and the big TV. The mattress is on the firmer side, which I loved. The building is very nice, and there’s seating on the rooftop, too!

Good stay overall with some caveats. It is a nice size place, and it is in a great area and close to the metro. The stay at this place is very impersonal experience so the initial state of the accommodation plays a major if not singular role in your impression. The space was generally clean, but could be cleaner. Surfaces that are generally used that should be checked and cleaned between occupants. There is a clothes steamer, but it is practically useless, so if necessary bring a travel iron/steamer. You have to make a deposit to cover damages, so I don’t like being responsible for catching and communicating obvious damages upon arrival that I could be held responsible for. This didn’t ruin my stay but it diminishes the experience. I advise people to check the space and document/communicate issues. Every one should note that there is no elevator, so pack accordingly. You will also have to take out your own trash to the basement which unfortunately is typical of these types of accommodations. It was nuisance as the halls and stairway were hot. Places like this usually have furniture and products of varying quality which lean more on the consumer/money saving end. You will notice the wear and tear in things not designed for heavy hotel style use.

This apartment was absolutely lovely. Clean, uncluttered, all the essentials provided, and an excellent host who was responsive and set up efficient systems for check in and check out. LOVED the location. My family and I had an amazing time here. I will say we are kind of clean freaks and this property met our expectations. Would love to come back again!

Great stay!

Location is good just off Mount Royal, but that also makes it noisy. Had to call to remind the host to give us our check in information, but she was very quick to respond. Minimally equipped, but it works.

The space was great and in and amazing location, mattress was not that comfy but that is just about my only “issue”

Everything was Perfect we Will Côme back

This was one of the best stays in a city that I have ever had. The location was perfect. Ubers were under $10 to downtown, one day I even walked. It’s less than a block from the metro too. The spaces was clean and secure with a buzz in door to the building. The suite had everything I needed for my 4 day stay. The host checked in with me before and after to see if I needed anything. I would stay again.

Great location. Cute room (one bedroom suite). We had a big issue with the smell in the room. It was horrible! The room is located on top of McDonalds and a fried chicken place. We tried open windows, closed windows, the smells were always there I told them about this. They gave us a bottle of Febreeze. I don't to breathe in chemicals. I had finished chemo the month before ( I told them this). I vomited every day because the smell was sickening.

This is a great choice in Montreal. Located in a funky area with lots of good dining and shops, the suite I had was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Two minor points were the excessive number of messages from the host, each of which required going to a website rather than just receiving the message, and not having hot water in the shower in the morning.

Beautiful studio apartment in a great location. A wonderful stay and a favorite place I would definitely return to.

It was in a convenient area. Only difficulty was finding parking nearby. Noisy at night.
