Superbes piscine chauffée et grands jaccuzi pour 20 personnes exterieurs , ouverts meme l'hiver, Dejeuners inclu: mais rien sans lactose, Salle de jeu wow avec Billard et ping pong et jeux societé et 2 tv avec nintendo Chambre tres grandes JUSTE a coté de l'entree du ski/ glissades d'eau ( si j'avais su j'aurais pas payé le Cabana) Parking payant sous terrain car dehors c'est le stat du ski/ glissades et y a peu de place. Resto de l'hotel : trop chic et cher (>60$ filet mignon) pour enfant et peu choix sans lactose/ gluten,

Tout était super, le surclassement bien apprécié et la terrasse du restaurant est splendide!

During breakfast period, hotel displayed sign to ask staff about food allergies. I went to the front desk to inquire about whether dairy was in one of the breakfast foods as it is a life threatening allergy. The staff member rudely told me that I would have to be the one to ask the cooks but that “they are very busy right now.” She was not understanding of the importance of my inquiry and lacked professionalism.

Spacious, modern room with kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. Outdoor heated pool. Delicious breakfast buffet and free outdoor parking.

Apprécié le tout en général, hôtel neuve, bon petit déjeuner, terrasse extérieurs pour manger, piscine et spa super ! Déjeuner il faudrait mettre les laits au froid pour le café, il tournait dans le café, il faudrait trie les déchets lorsqu’on va porter nos assiettes sales, tout va à la même place, est ce qu’ils compostent ? Une grosse hôtel comme celle ci et une telle chaîne il faut voir à ça … et j’aimerais avoir un retour sur mes commentaires svp, les employés ne parle pas tous français donc ne peuvent pas toujours répondre à une question. Merci !! ☺️

Très belle hôtel

Fantastic stay in Bromont! Being steps away from the water park was a huge plus with a 1-year-old, letting us easily head back to the room for nap breaks. Clean, comfortable rooms, a solid pool and hot tub, and an amazingly efficient breakfast service with great food. Highly recommended!

The suite was perfectly comfortable for 5 adults. The photos on hotels.com weren’t clear about the room plan but it had a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed. a large dining room table and fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was included (7am-10am). The choices were okay but there were considerable fewer options on Monday then in the weekend.

Very noisy Lots of children so good for families less for couples We arrived early and asked if we could use the pool in the meantime (hotel was empty ) and we were told we had to wait till 4pm check-in time for insurance reasons Check out is at 11am So missed out on prime sunshine time 11 to 4 Stupid rule No where else have I ever encountered that We were how ever allowed to go spend money in their restaurant before checkin Insurance reasons seemed ok for that How conviennent for them Will definitely never go back

We had a great time with our kids! They loved the pool and the breakfast was great. I really liked how the room had a kitchenette and the hotel is beautiful.

Great all around. The game room, the sauna size, the pool and the breakfast variety. Everything was great. The waterpark is just minutes away from the hotel. Which was a great vacation 1h15 from home.

C'est le meilleur hôtel que j'ai jamais loué au Québec. La chambre est parfaite et très grande, on se croirait dans un condo. Et la piscine et le spa sont très appréciées. Et pour un prix très raisonnable.

Awesome spot, you will not be disappointed. Close to everything, super cool property, excellent rooms, great staff. Book it.
