The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We needed our converter to work and the maintenance person came right up to insert a connector so that it worked. Breakfast was good with variety of choices. Location good for walking to restaurants and markets to buy fresh fruit and water.

Staff couldn’t get tv to work. No toilet paper. Heater was difficult for staff to work properly. Not a great location either. Beds were okay

Nice clean hotel, located very close to Plaza d’Armas. All the staff members are very nice, helpful and friendly except for one lady with glasses, who works the reception in the evening. She was rude, always on her phone and acted like we were disturbing her. She even told me not to get was from the dining area even if the other receptionist in the morning said I could help myself. Other than this employee the others were so helpful. They even made me a breakfast box to go as I had to leave on an early morning excursion at 5:00 am.

The room was good and very helpful staffs.
