My Points

The staff was friendly and helpful, but it wasn't comfortable. The sheets, blanket, and pillowcases weren't washed or changed. The AC didn't work. The TV remote didn't work. The bathroom lights were out. The bathroom and kitchen weren't very clean. The smell was unpleasant.

Staff ramah dan sangat membantu, hanya saja tidak nyaman. Seprai, selimut, dan cover bantal guling tidak dicuci/diganti. AC tidak berfungsi. Remote TV tidak berfungsi. Lampu kamar mandi mati. Kamar mandi dapur kurang bersih. Aroma bau kurang enak.

The AC doesn't work, the toilet doesn't have a light, the cracks are quite dirty, like flowers being washed.

The service staff was friendly and helpful. The room amenities I booked were unsuitable, as there was no air conditioning. The room was hot. There was no outdoor AC compressor. There was only an indoor AC unit mounted on the wall.

Staf pelayanan ramah dan baik. Fasilitas kamar yang dipesan tidak sesuai karena tidak ada AC. Kamar panas. Outdoor kompresor AC tidak ada. Yang ada hanya indoor AC yang menempel di dinding.
