Such a lovely stay! Amazing staff and facilities.

The room is spacious, well designed and supplies creamers, coffee, water and pops for their guests. The bed and linens are luxurious. The staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to ensure your stay is wonderful. The restaurant and cafe are both very good and tasty and the location is perfect for visiting The County.

We stayed a few nights and had a great experience! The room was clean, new, and smelled great, which made it feel really comfortable right away. Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, and a joy to interact with throughout our stay.

A recently opened hotel, the interior design is stunning. The staff, especially Ben on Reception, really couldn’t have more or being more friendly. The boardwalk across the water into town makes it a simple quick stroll. The foundry restaurant in the hotel serves lovely evening meals and breakfast, and downstairs has also a bakers for lighter breakfast and coffees. There is a TV show about the hotels renovations? I think it might be called The County????

We had a great time during our stay at Claramount Club. Hotel was beautiful, service was attentive, and room was clean. We enjoyed the extra attention to details (e.g. fire pit, complimentary drinks in the room). Would return to stay again!

Perfect place.

The bathroom had a couple of design flaws. There were no hooks (obvious missing door hook). The shower stall glass partition isn’t wide enough to prevent the shower water from spraying out. An added foot to the partition would have helped this problem. As a result of the small partition, the bathroom floor became very wet and potentially dangerous. A makeup mirror would be an appreciated feature. Otherwise the bathroom and entire suite are beautifully designed.

The staff was great. When I checked in Taylor and Noelle were wonderful and provided helpful information. I had wanted to try the restaurant for dinner but it was booked for an event. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time since we stayed one night to try the amenities. The superior room with balcony was very good. Next time we would like to stay longer to enjoy the view, and try the restaurant. After our trip, we had to call the hotel to check our room, and Taylor was great and helped us. Thank you to Taylor again. We hope we can visit again soon, Shainoor

We stayed at the Claramount Club for a few nights during a trip to Prince Edward County and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was beautiful and well appointed, with heated bathroom floors and a gorgeous view of Picton Harbour that we didn’t want to leave. The property itself is stunning and clearly the result of a very thoughtful restoration. The staff were consistently responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely taken care of at every turn. We dined at The Foundry and were really impressed. Great portions, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere. The servers were friendly and clearly love what they do, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We also spent an evening at the lakeside fire pits making s’mores, which was such a cozy and memorable way to wind down. It’s those little touches that set the Claramount Club apart. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special stay in the County.

Loved it all

Enjoyed the stay a lot. Room was large, stylish and comfortable. Restaurant was excellent. Pool was refreshing

The room was great overall, though we were disappointed by the lack of sound insulation in the connecting door to the adjacent guest room. As the door was located directly beside the bed, we could clearly hear the neighboring guests talking and watching TV throughout the night. This was not an issue with the other guests themselves, but rather with the door’s placement and the insufficient soundproofing between rooms.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The property was luxurious, modern and clean. The service was great and the hotel staff were very courteous and respectful. Overall I had a lovely experience and would highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Town.

The pool was cool

Excellent weekend stay at the Claramount Club! Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time relaxing in the lounge, and going to the gym and pool. Each day we had breakfast at their restaurant Foundry, and grabbed a coffee at the small bakery Pecish - service and quality was superb. Staff was top notch and allowed us to check out a bit later. We will be back again soon when the weather is nice.
