Strategic location: close to the Pasteur toll road and close to malls. Friendly staff, spacious, and clean rooms. Recommended for a family stay in Bandung, with a full day exploring the city. After a tiring day, you can rest and sleep here.

Definitely worth your money and coming back here!!! Every corner is so aesthetic. The room is so clean and comfortable. Near the Noisy Matcha and Square Room make it more perfect stay here. The staff also very friendly & helpful.

Since it's still a soft opening, overall it's okay, clean, and comfortable. Just a few suggestions and input: 1. There's no Qibla direction in the room. 2. For the Calypso room, unfortunately, the privacy of the private pool isn't guaranteed, as there's a chance of people peeking in from outside (unfortunately, it wasn't photographed). It would be better to have a tighter fence for added comfort, as the price isn't cheap.

The hotel staff, from outside to inside, were all friendly. They always greeted us when we passed each other. Access was easy, and we appreciated the fact that when we had our room cleaned, we always asked via chat if we were willing to have it cleaned. If I return to Bandung again, I'll definitely stay at Volume Hotel again.

The room was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well soundproofed. The air conditioning worked very well, and the bathroom was spotless. Even though the hotel is located next to a main road, it was still quiet and peaceful. The parking area was very spacious and easy to access. The pathway to the room was well-lit and had a pleasant atmosphere. One of the best features was the availability of Wi-Fi and Netflix. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. Overall, it was a very, very good experience. As an added bonus, there is a cafe right next door that opens early in the morning. 😍🤍

If you’re looking for a budget hotel, this is the best place to stay. Aesthetically pleasing in every corner. Mau jajan noisy matcha & donut jg tinggal jalan kesamping. They don’t serve breakfast, but who needs hotel breakfast when you’re in Bandung? There are so many great local breakfast spots to explore.

Cool Volume Hotel! Art Nouveau bright and open concept on the aisle of rooms. Nice and cozy room with complete amenities. Even though still in soft opening, the service is good, fast response from staff. Really enjoyed staying here.

I really enjoyed staying here, and it's likely to be my favorite hotel next time I visit Bandung. Since my family and I often vacation in Bandung, the hotel's surroundings are filled with restaurants and shopping malls. It's also close to the Pasteur toll road. There's a swimming pool and plenty of Instagrammable photo spots. 🫶🏻

Very strategic in Bandung City

In my opinion, the hotel is really the best, the hotel is close to Pasteur. Even though you have to go around to the center of Bandung, it's really worth it. As soon as you leave the hotel, you'll find trendy places like Noisy Matcha and The Square Room, which makes it even better. The swimming pool is also warm so the kids are really comfortable, the vibes are also really great 😭🥹 The cleanliness of the room is also the best, plus the toiletries are complete! It's a shame that there's no breakfast because it's still a soft opening. Overall, the service is really great, perfect for those who like to watch content ✨

The hotel is aesthetic but still not suitable for use. I booked 3 rooms, and 2 of them had broken doors so they couldn't be locked. The room cleanliness was also poor. When I checked in, the bathroom floor was still dirty and one of the bed sheets had a big stain, probably from the previous guest. The towels provided were also dirty. I asked for a replacement, but the replacement towels were also still dirty. The Wi-Fi was slow & the TV couldn't be used either. But the staff were friendly, and when I asked for help, they immediately helped me. I also just found out that this was still a soft opening, of course with a soft opening there will still be trial and error, but if the soft opening is already so dirty, how can I... I also feel reluctant to stay again.
